Apartment is located 18 minutes drive from downtown Ottawa, 7 minutes from Gatineau park, 3 minutes from Agora mall ( restaurants, coffee places and spa) and 5 minutes from grocery stores, movie theater, banks and gas stations. Area is also easily accessible by public transportation.

A peaceful place where it's nice to relax. Pleasant terrace, bordered by a fountain, shelter and swing, embellished with shrubs and flowers.
