The place was quite good. The rooms were neat and clean, though access was a bit difficult as the flat was quite far down the hill. However, Hanan was a great host. Our car broke down, and Hanan helped us a lot, he arranged a mechanic and kept following up with us until the car was fixed. Fully recommended.

Overall the stay was really nice and comfortable. The location is remarkable and you will get great views from all rooms and balcony. Also, the apartment was very spacious with big rooms and washrooms. Although, washroom requires some maintenance in terms of sanitary fittings and a bit more cleaning. Heating and hot water facilities were also good. Although the location has very excellent views but little far from main attractions, markets and restaurants. Please ensure plan for your food matters in advance. There is also ample space for parking. Definitely, we will be staying at this place in future as well.

I had a long stay at hadiya's place for around 9 days and have experienced a very comfortable stay. The house is a giant 2bhk giving kashmiri vibes and feels like a home away from home. I lived here with just my mom, we were two female travellers staying there with absolutely no fear. Neighbours are good and it's a gated society. The house is as described in pictures, with accessibility to grocery and restaurants near by. All touristy places like gulmarg, sonamarg, tulip garden, doodhpathri and pahalgam were at a 1 hr drive from home and I did not have to hop on to different stays with luggage. There was absolutely everything required to make you comfortable.. be it heaters/heating blankets/kettles/cylinder based heater, gysers and if these doesn't make u comfortable then there are hot water bags to the rescue. I am sure I'll be revisiting hadiya's place who might soon be a super host with the effort she puts in. Just don't hesitate to book if this bnb is available for your dates.

Zeeshan's place is brand new and in perfect condition, having all kitchen supplies. The location and view was simply heavenly. We stayed for a month and honestly, I could have stayed forever. The view from the private balcony was spectacular! It has just about everything for a long stay. I wished there was a small wash machine and wifi, but we managed just fine. I couldn't do my remote work online as I need to stream video, but maybe that was a blessing as I work enough. The bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was a nice size. The living area was comfortable but I spent most of my time having tea on the balcony and relaxing. We planned two or three day trips weekly. Everywhere was so beautifully green and gorgeous. The weather there in summer was so nice and cool and so getting away from the city heat was a treat. Zeeshan, thanks so much for a lovely stay. I could spend my entire summer there and be perfectly content. For winters, the place has new radiators!

Very neat and clean space for the travelers and very humble host !

This was a 10/10 experience. The location was easy to get to. Plenty of space for car parking. The apartment looks exactly like the photos, if not better. The rooms are spacious and well put together. Everything was clean and tidy, especially the kitchen and bathroom. Our stay was comfortable and felt right at home. Hamza is very professional and he did a terrific job at taking care of everything. The care taker Shabbir was extremely friendly and responsive. He was always available on site and made sure we had everything we needed. We had a wonderful time staying here. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who’s looking for a peaceful holiday retreat with easy access to nearby areas like Patriata, Ayubia etc.

It was good experience, peaceful, clean and spacious, more than enough for Four members family. Kitchen was ready to cook.

WOW! By far one of the best places I've stayed in, in Pakistan. Usually you go off the pictures, this place is way better than the actual pictures. Absolutely spotless. You can tell that the owner has thought everything through when designing this place. We were only supposed to stay the one night but it was too nice so we booked another. I would highly recommend this to all my friends and family. The host provided clear instructions and once we checked in I didn't need to contact him again as everything was perfect.

I just visited Maskan Resorts Apartments in the today, and I was mesmerized to see their luxurious accommodations. Their host behaviour is also excellent, and I would love to visit again.

Very Specious flat with amazingly helpful family of the host who stays in the same Bunglow at the ground floor. They are very helpful, jolly and helps you feel like home even in the unknown city. I would Highly recommend their stay for families travelling to Srinagar. Its very close to Dal Lake and Market area as well.

Absolutely loved the stay. The rooms were very spacious, neat and tidy. The terrace was huge and provided a beautiful view to go along the chilly vibes. We were welcomed to the place by the staff available on the property and immediately checked in. The staff was always very easy to talk to and were very cooperative in all their dealings. Definitely a place to go and relax with friends or loved ones. Would highly recommend.

I had an amazing stay at Ahmed's apartment in Murree. Ahmed was very prompt in his responses and made the booking process smooth and hassle-free. Asif, who manages the property locally, was extremely helpful, responsive, and considerate throughout my stay. The apartment itself was spotless, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable. However, the best feature by far was the balcony, which offered stunning views of the valley – a perfect spot to relax and take in the serene surroundings. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Murree for a peaceful and comfortable stay.

Taha very friendly and cooperative host. Location is perfect. Nice view and just 5 minutes walk away from famous GPO Chowk. Just one thing missing i.e Wifi. Other than that perfect 👍
