Enjoy a townhouse, close to all shops, offering 2 comfortable bedrooms upstairs, a cozy living room and an equipped kitchen for 1 to 4 guests. At the back of the house, a small courtyard and garden furniture will welcome you and a large lockable cellar will secure your bikes. In a few steps, you will reach the towpath that borders the Mayenne, where the VéloFrancette passes, you will visit the Ursuline Convent and you will stroll through the alleys of old Château-Gontier.

A l’étage: 1 suite parentale avec SdB privative (lit 180x200),dressing et coin lecture. 2 chambres avec lits 90x200 (possibilité 180x200), dressings. 1 SdB et WC Espace ext (barbecue/table ect)

Friendly studio.

This friendly and modern studio on the 1st floor, completely refurbished, will make you fall in love. As we can say "small but cute", indeed it is a one-room studio furnished with a 140 x 190 bed with good quality bedding. We have optimized the space as much as possible. The bathroom and toilet are separate. It is located 50 m from a bakery, in the city center of Chateau-Gontier. Parking is available on the street for free.

Tour Saint-Michel, charming cottage

The Logis de la Tour Saint-Michel, dating from the 12th century, is one of the buildings of the former Cistercian abbey of Bellebranche. In the heart of a medieval hamlet surrounded by nature, backed by a forest surrounded by ponds, it is located in South Mayenne, 12 km from Sablé-sur-Sarthe and 15 km from Château-Gontier. Removed from the noises of the world, there is an almost monastic silence in this green setting.

Welcome to Château-Gontier! Come and rest in this quiet place on the 1st floor of a renovated outbuilding, near our house. Ideal for a business trip, training, wedding... Our courtyard can house your bikes (we are near the Vélo Francette). This home is located near Saint-Rémi Church, Oisillière Park and the towpath: you can take beautiful walks! Bakery 200 m away. I'm here to help with any questions!

Le petit coulonge, cheese.

The cottage of Petit Coulonge is surrounded by 7 hectares of wood and meadows promising you peace and quiet throughout your stay. On site you can enjoy your indoor pool heated to 28°C all year round, as well as pool, table football and ping pong. You will also find in the cottage a wood-burning stove for the cooler evenings and for the most geek of you wifi to stay connected.
