A mountain villa built more than 100 years ago , implanted on an imposing rock with a unique surroundings and a breathtaking view over the sea the city , Cascais and the mountain where it is inserted . The house has been recently renovated and enlarged with a modern and design construction enjoying the view and the surroundings . You can see it from the top of the Sintra Mountains, to the Guincho to Cabo Espichel. A stone's throw from the hiking trails of the Sintra Mountains and its monuments and close to good restaurants , cafés with a good atmosphere , the small village has a supermarket and pharmacy for your peace of mind. Guests have at their disposal a house with 2 bedrooms, living room and kitchen, totally private and access to a large garden with an infinite pool where they can enjoy the wonderful view. I live on the property and am available to share stories and information about the region. I love cycling and know the mountains like the back of my hand. I can share the secrets of the mountains and advise on the best restaurants in the area. Malveira da Serra, a picturesque village next to Cascais and Lisbon (20 min), with hiking routes in the Serra de Sintra and its monuments. Guincho Beach and its wild dunes with their unique beauty are a paradise for surfing/kite-surfing/windsurfing. I recommend using your own car.

Studio open space with an independent entrance integrated in a house of contemporary architecture, where we live, next to a ruin of an old mill. Fantastic view of the countryside. Bed for 2 people, with the possibility of hosting another in an extra sofa (20 euros extra payment). Fully equipped kitchen. Magnificent bathroom. There is no central heating or air conditioning, but heater and fan are provided. The house is 25 minutes from the beaches of Comporta, Melides, Sines, etc. Fiber Internet.

Casita da Pool is a rustic getaway, in a quiet area, close to the wonderful landscape of the Costa Vicentina stuffed with beautiful beaches. Casita has a small bedroom with a toilet and shower and a living room with a sofa with a fully equipped kitchenette. Outside there is a private area with barbecue and a pool(shared). The Pool House is located on my plot on the outskirts of Cascais Center, within walking distance to many restaurants, cafés, museums, beaches and a short 35-minute train ride to the center of Lisbon. In the plot there is the main house with direct entrance from the street, and three small Houses, each accessible from the street by the garden entrance: Pool House, Guest House and the Garden House Our 6 Guests in total are welcome to use the heated plunge pool all year round.

The house stands out for its modern architecture, integrated in the historic center of Palmela. Zé House was the name given by the architects. A simple house whose architecture sought to assert itself in a secular context due to its contemporary character, establishing not only a geometric relationship with the surroundings but also a chromatic relationship. The result was a surprising and welcoming space.
