The apartment is just perfect. All the modernity and comfort, with an incredible view. The person who greeted us was super nice, smiling and helpful. We were even able to check in earlier! Really the perfect place to feel at home.

Hatim's place matches the photos perfectly. And it's in a very secure complex and the security guards are very friendly. Hatim was very responsive and available when we needed him. He recommended a very nice beach and also very good restaurants around the corner from the house. The location is just beautiful, with breathtaking views, especially in the morning at sunrise. The accommodation is located on the ground floor with access to a beautiful terrace. And best of all, a swimming pool a few meters from the front door.

We had a great stay at Fatima's in Tetouan. The accommodation was very clean, comfortable and perfectly located for exploring the city. The stay in this apartment was perfect from start to finish. The accommodation is impeccably clean, tastefully decorated and extremely well-equipped. The linen (sheets, towels) is of high quality, which adds to the comfort. The location is ideal: a stone's throw from the beach, which allows you to fully enjoy the seaside without having to travel. Communication with the host was excellent: responsive, attentive and very welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

Beautiful stay at this property would book again in heartbeat and , lovely balcony with nice views and rooms are decorated beautiful. Maybe manual or instructions on how to use the bath, as was unsure how to fill it up. But not a complaint, as would recommend this air b&b to anyone visiting Tetouan as the location is perfect.

Yasser was a very friendly and accommodating host. The place was extremely clean and quiet. The location was perfect – from the balcony you had a beautiful view of the sea just steps from the front door. My kids had great fun in the pool, and the entire complex was very well maintained and well guarded. Overall, we felt very comfortable there and had a nice time. We're so excited for next time. I recently stayed at this apartment with my family, and we had a lovely time. The house is really charming, offering sophisticated panoramic views of the mountains of northern Morocco. The residence, with its 9 swimming pools, is beautiful and well kept. The apartment is perfectly equipped with high quality equipment and is impeccably clean. In addition, the owner is very gallant and friendly. Highly recommend this apartment for a memorable stay.

We stayed in this apartment in Cabo Negro with our baby and had a truly wonderful experience. The place was clean, spacious, and perfectly suited for a family with a small child. A baby crib was provided, which we found very convenient and helpful. The apartment is well-organized, quiet, and full of natural light—ideal for rest and relaxation. The kitchen was well equipped, and having a washing machine was very useful for daily needs with a baby. A big plus was the residence’s swimming pool, which was well maintained and perfect for relaxing in a safe and peaceful environment. There were also shops nearby within walking distance, which made things much easier without needing to use the car. The host was kind and always available, ready to help with any questions or requests we had. We highly recommend this apartment to families with young children: comfortable, well-located, and part of a quiet residence with all essential services close at hand.
