O espaço era muito espaçoso, tinha ar condicionado em todas as divisões. O jacuzi grande mas acabamos por não usar 😅! A menina Huong foi muito atenciosa e ajudou em tudo sempre que foi preciso. Sempre que tínhamos alguma dúvida a menina Huong ajudou sempre muito! ☺️ Quem tiver dificuldade em dormir com muita luz, trazer uma venda é obrigatório! Recomendo muito.

It was raining a lot while we were checking in and needed to carry big luggage through the stairs on second floor. Wasn’t a good start. But the room is so clean cozy and beautiful! out of our expectations, I’d say nicer than photos haha:) it’s at the corner sometime you would hear the sound from ambulances not sure if there’s hospitals nearby. But overall I recommend this nice place. Walkable to everywhere and enjoy much local food around

Linh's place is cozy and conveniently located with many great places to visit or eat around. The host is super responsive and helpful during my stay. I would definitely stay at her place next time in town.

We spent 5 days with our two daughters in Minh’s flat and really enjoyed it. The place is small but very charming and comfortable. The location is ideal: walkable from the touristy areas it is also remote from it, in a quiet and more local street. And to top it up Minh was very easy to communicate with and eager to help in any way she could. We would definitely recommend this place if you are visiting Hanoi.

Wir haben uns in der stilvoll eingerichteten Einzimmerwohnung super wohl gefühlt. Alles war super sauber und besonders Lan, die uns am Anfang wahnsinnig herzlich begrüßt hat, hat unseren Aufenthalt versüßt! Sie hat immer super schnell auf unsere Nachrichten geantwortet, hat sogar ein Restaurant für uns reserviert und uns, als es geregnet hat, einen Regenschirm hingestellt. Sehr aufmerksam und umsichtig :) Vielen Dank, wir können diese Unterkunft sehr weiterempfehlen! Auch wegen der super Lage.

I stayed at this place for two weeks and really enjoyed my time here. The kitchen is well-equipped, which made it easy to cook for myself. It's conveniently located near the Japanese supermarket Tomibun, where you can find all your daily essentials. The apartment is clean and comfortable, and the host arranges a weekly cleaning service, which is a great bonus. I also appreciated having both a washing machine and a dryer—your clothes come out nearly dry and fresh every time. The rental price is definitely worth it for the quality and service provided. Nhung was an excellent host, incredibly welcoming, attentive, professional and always ready to help. She speaks very good English, which made communication very easy. The room was well equipped with everything needed. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and despite being close to a busy road, the room remained quiet and peaceful. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend staying here!

Great place to stay!! I was in Hanoi for 7 weeks and this apartment was perfect, cleaned every couple of days if required, great location for all amenities.

I really enjoyed to stay in this apartment, it felt like home, it was so cosy and the bed was so comfy. I wished could stay Ionger, I really love it. I liked that the location is in a quiet neighborhood, the building looks modern and clean, many shopping opportunities around. The kitchen part is really modern too, with everything you need.

It felt just like home:comfortable, clean, and truly wonderful. Hong was always proactive and communicated with kindness, going out of their way to accommodate us. The neighborhood was incredibly safe, and with a lake right in front of the property, evening strolls were delightful. This is definitely a place we’d love to stay at again! We had such a relaxing time. Thanks! 😊

Lily’s apt is my preferred place to stay when I’m in Hanoi. The luxury apt has all the amenities of living at home. The apt is comfortable & the host we very helpful.

It was my first time visit in Hanoi and the airbnb was amazing. Location near the train street it was easy to walk and find beautiful spots. The airbnb had all the amenities available and even some free snacks. Totally loved the place

This is our second time in this place within 3 months. The place is very well furnished, clean, kitchen has all the utensils and spices that needed for someone who likes cooking. Many house plants and good view. Located on 7th floor, great wifi, AC unit in each room. Washer and dryer, drinking water are the pluses. The location is very ideal, quiet neighborhood, very safe with security 24/7. Plenty of indoor parking spaces for motorbikes and cars. Many good local restaurants within walking distance. 20 minutes walked to Hoàn Kiếm lake and phố cổ (old town). Owner is very responsive, great communication in English. She thinks through of everything to make your stay comfortable including a small detail like a scale for you to weigh your luggage. Definitely we will stay here again in our each trip to Hanoi. Highly recommended for couple or family of 4. Thanks again for letting us stood at your place and made our trip more enjoyable.

The place had everything I needed and is close to delicious restaurants and important landmarks. Host is super responsive and even had a scale for me to weigh my luggage. I was able to do laundry after a few weeks of travel. There is a friendly security person guarding the building at all times. I had a wonderful stay here and would love to come back!

This is a gorgeous little place, very cozy, in a perfect location. The building is nice, in a location that is still quiet while being only a minute or two from the lake, from restaurants, coffee shops, nice bars, everything! Its a quaint place with good AC, ample space for working and relaxing, with a washing machine as a nice bonus, and all the plants and garden really make it feel like home. Communication was great - Thuy is very helpful and proactive in sharing information and being responsive. Be aware of some noise in the building, but then again you're not going to find a place in Hanoi that doesn't have noise! Would definitely come again.
