Stayed at Van’s place for just one night with my friends. We are amazed with the property size, and the fish pond right at the dining area. The kids enjoy feeding the fishes. The master room is separately located from other 3 bedrooms, providing additional privacy

Perfect Location in Tay Ho. Numerous Taxis and Grabs available to travel to various locations in Ha Noi and close to restaurants in the area. The sauna and pool were a welcome respite from the Ha Noi traffic. The guys at the front desk were very helpful. All we had to do was politely ask for assistance. Good apartment for a family of 4,5, or 6. Full kitchen and laundry were helpful in a pinch.

Had a lovely stay here with some friends. walking distance to lots of trendy restaurants and bars, and a nice place to walk around, as it's fight by the lake. Check-in and out was very easy, and communication with the host was very good. Would stay here again!

I would definitely recommend this apartment. It is located in a nice building centrally located in Ho Tay. There are lots of good food options nearby. The apartment is clean, has modern furnishings, and Duc is a response, kind host. The only draw back is that there is some noise from the street nearby at night, but it was not enough to affect my sleep. I slept like a baby. The bed is also very comfortable. I will likely stay here again. 5/5 :)

We rented that flat 1 month. The host is very friendly and helps where she can, and she responds so quickly. The flat was clean and cozy. The Ecopark area is so beautiful and green with a lot of shops and entertainment. There are no disturbing noises or loud neighbors. This apartment is highly recommended if you search a green and peaceful area.

Great family friendly area, out of the hustle and bustle of the city centre. Lovely green spaces and kids facilities. 45 minute ride in a grab into the city. Condo is lovely and clean. Mark was always there to help with anything. My only criticism would be a little more kitchen equipment would be helpful like a microwave to heat up dinners, some more dinner plates and some tea towels. Other than that everything was great.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this apartment. The highlight was definitely the stunning view — waking up to a panoramic cityscape, lush greenery and a serene lake was truly refreshing. The apartment was clean, spacious, and exactly as shown in the photos. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was responsive and courteous. It’s a perfect spot for anyone looking for a peaceful stay with a view. Would love to come back again!

Tuan’s apartment is an absolute gem - brand new, spotless, and beautifully designed. It’s comfortable, practical, and feels incredibly cozy - we felt at home right away. Tuan is a model host: he responds quickly, is always helpful, and actively suggests great local experiences. The Japanese-style neighborhood is stunning and peaceful - perfect for relaxing walks. Nearby, you’ll find the Mori Onsen complex with hot springs, massage salons, a swimming pool, and a gym - everything you need to take care of both body and mind. There are also plenty of delicious restaurants around, and getting to Hanoi is very easy. Highly recommended - a solid 10/10!

Hang's place was nothing short of amazing, from the check in to helping us set up our tours it was all perfect. The photos matched the place, and in my opinion it was even better than the photos. it was so comfortable and relaxing. The beds are a firmer than the average bed so do keep that in mind if you prefer soft, sink-in beds. But honestly, it was still very comfortable for me. Both hosts are truly amazing and wonderful, always responsive, helped us booked a tour to Ninh Binh which in my opinion is going above and beyond. Helped us with Taxi drivers, locsl recommendations etc We never got to try the Onsen or the pool due to a very busy schedule but it looked extremely nice and I saw people always going to it. The bathroom amenities were fully stocked, and good onsite restaurants/convenience stores, theres a Gym as well! Overall the place was amazing, and we definitely would book again! Очень удобная и уютная квартира со всем необходимым для жизни. Хост дружелюбный, отвечает на все вопросы моментально. Локация Экопарк просто волшебная, тут хорошая инфраструктура, удобно гулять пешком, в речке плавают лебеди (черные в том числе), подальше в парке гуляют павлины и гуси, вокруг много японских ресторанов и кофейн. Отличное место чтобы отдохнуть от шумной жизни

그냥 말이 필요없는 숙소입니다. 다음에 하노이에 머무를 일이 있으면 이 숙소를 다시 선택할 예정입니다

Location was nice, felt safe in the neighborhood. Fits 7 comfortably with bathrooms on each floor. I would book it again!
