I had a fantastic experience staying at this place! The communication was smooth and prompt, and they made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The space was just as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped. I felt right at home and truly appreciated their attention to detail. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay. The place was spotless and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. And the location is incredible: beautiful ocean views and a 3 mins walk - via a private entrance - to the beach. Great communication with the hosts and the local recommendations for boat hire companies and restaurants with high chair facilities were very helpful. Aris and Anna also organized a WiFi router for us - so great! While there is a beach club close by to the house and we could sometimes hear faint music being played from the club, it didn't disturb us - especially when we discovered that the beach club was super chic and we could eat delicious meals there (we went there 3 times during our stay!). Highly recommend.

A Perfect Getaway in Nikiti! Our stay at the hilltop villa in Nikiti was absolutely unforgettable! The location is truly stunning—perched above the town, it offers a breathtaking, panoramic view of the sea and surrounding landscape. Every morning felt like a postcard moment! The villa itself is spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. Each room is thoughtfully designed, making it feel like a true home away from home. The private swimming pool was a highlight—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. We also loved how close the villa is to old Nikiti town. It’s just a short drive or even a walk away, with charming stone streets, tavernas, and local shops full of character and history. A special thanks to our hosts, Ben and Artemis, for their quick, friendly, and efficient communication from start to finish. They made everything so easy and stress-free, and their hospitality really stood out. Highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a serene and luxurious escape!

If you are looking for an authentic place and love peace, the village of Stratoni is the right place for you! Here, everyone still greets each other and the atmosphere in the village is very positive, the people are very friendly. There are two cafés, two restaurants and a small harbor. Those who are not looking for the typical tourist destination, but want to see the "real" Greece, will feel very comfortable here. The house is centrally located, within walking distance of the beach, the small harbor, a bakery and a restaurant (in principle, everything is within walking distance). We were particularly impressed by the roof terrace with the gigantic view of the green mountains and the sea. Ιωάννης and his family are extremely friendly, very hospitable and communication always went smoothly. The apartment is larger than in the photos. A clear recommendation, efcharisto for everything!

The villa is just a bit outside the village of Stratoniki. Though located in calm surroundings (one neighbouring house), 200 meters from the main road, it is easily accessible. The beach is 12 minutes away by car, the village 3 minutes. It had all the necessary amenities, check in arrangements were flawless and the host provided some valuable information on the surroundings/things to do. The communication with Katerina was prompt and to the point - definite recommendation.

The ideal vacation is a combination of a beautiful place and a friendly and responsive host. Dimitra's place has them both. It was a great vacation for our family, we had lovely time at Olympiada's beach, our host was incredibly warm, friendly and showed us great hospitality - we immediately felt like at home. The house is simply amazing, I just cannot find more words to describe it - it can only be experienced!

Stravroula and Grigoris are perfect hosts. We had a fabulous time in this really peaceful place. Very comfortable accommodation inside and out. Easy walk to a small beach (bring reef shoes) and 10 mins to a larger sandy one. Several great resturants in Town. Fantastic walks in the surrounding countryside. Lots of historical sites to visit.

It was one of those short holidays where you enjoy every single moment. I chose Olympiada over other destinations after a thorough research regarding the quality of the beach, beauty of the scenery and family vibe. I did the same with the accommodation, and I can tell you that for a family of 4, I got the best value for money. After a 12 hour drive and 34 hours without sleep, I got to Antonis’s location. Felt as home right away, everything clean and new, fresh and cozy. His mom even gifted us gem and fruits, while we enjoyed Antonis’s coffee on that lovely small terrace. TV, aircon, hot water, towels, kitchen, 2 comfortable ness. Loved it and would definitely come back. The beach is 300m away. Olympiada is wonderfully picturesque, very green. The beach was perfect, the sea even so. Stayed in the water 5h a day, as it was warm, clean and calm. The evening breeze was overwhelming, and we enjoyed the evening walks. Food was ok, but service was great. I miss Olympiada already…
