She was a very friendly and responsive host, the house was worth the price since there were plenty of rooms for only the 6 of us, few of the bathroom doors can't be closed but they were clean and spacious, a big plus was how she helped us to check out late since we had a baby and elderly with us and we also had quite a late flight that day

It was such a great place to stay!

A great place where each apartment is able to be secured, we rented all 4 apartments and bonus of having the pool on the rooftop. Amazing to have local Markets around the corner and plenty of restaurants. Shame our flight was delayed 6 hours so did not get to spend much time there.

I had a great stay at this place! The location is excellent — very convenient and close to many popular tourist spots, which made getting around really easy. The apartment was clean and looked exactly as described in the listing, which I really appreciated. A couple of things to note: the TV had some issues staying connected to the internet, which made it hard to use YouTube, and the blankets in each room were quite thin — they felt more like bed sheets than actual blankets. It would be great if thicker blankets were provided for more comfort. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would still recommend this place for anyone looking to explore the area!

Had an amazing stay here, the balcony was perfect for hanging out in groups! Communication was amazing and the host was so helpful with everything we needed. Would definitely stay again ❤️

Great stay in old quater hanoi!

Superb place to stay if you are in a big group. The hosts are AMAZING. Very helpful and extremely responsive. I've never met a host who respond so quickly. The place is very clean and has everything. All rooms are like mini apartments. 2 rooms have one king bed and 3 rooms have 2 double beds. So great for families. We all loved our stay. Whenever we used to go for our day trips they'd clean up the place. They would even fold our clothes lying around. Note: first floor has 1 room. 2nd floor has 2 rooms. 3rd floor has 2 rooms. 4th floor has game room and outdoor bar area with laundry machines. So be mindful that there are a lot of stairs. Moving luggage became a little difficult. Besides that everything was perfect.

Great accommodation, spacious. And the best part of it is definitely location! You are in the middle of everything while staying there. The host was very responsive and minor issues were solved immediately. There are all the touristic spots you can imagine - coffee shops, restaurants, big lake, water puppet show, massage parlours, hairdressers etc. The building itself is located in a cozy little alley. It's not perfectly quiet, but is away from main streets and heavy traffic. Recommended place, especially for a big group.

It’s such a great accommodation in Hanoi. I really enjoy the nice view of museum with a line of greenery especially in the early morning. Ms. Cam Tu and her staff is so kind and friendly. Together with a cozy interior design, I really feel like it’s home for me. Latte in the coffee shop downstairs is highly recommended. I almost drank it everyday when I was there.

We spent 5 days with our two daughters in Minh’s flat and really enjoyed it. The place is small but very charming and comfortable. The location is ideal: walkable from the touristy areas it is also remote from it, in a quiet and more local street. And to top it up Minh was very easy to communicate with and eager to help in any way she could. We would definitely recommend this place if you are visiting Hanoi.

The hosts were amazing and truly helped us make the most of our time in Hanoi, even assisting with planning our trip to Ninh Binh. The location is excellent—right in the heart of the city, yet surprisingly quiet. It’s within walking distance to plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafes. On top of that, I accidentally left my glasses behind and didn’t realize it until a few days later—but they kindly kept them safe for me. I’m very grateful for their thoughtful care and support throughout our stay! Overall, we were very happy with our stay. Just a couple of things to flag for future improvement: the shower drain clogged up quite quickly, and there was water leaking from a pipe near the toilet, which sometimes caused flooding in the bathroom. These issues felt a bit unhygienic, so it would be great if they could be addressed. Thank you again for your hospitality!

Tuan was a wonderful host! The team was very responsive and gave local recommendations. They were also very accommodating. The location is prime in old quarters without being too noisy/close to bar street. It's across from a coffee shop which was a nice way to start the day. The place itself was charming and we felt cool even in June. Would definitely stay again!

Dieu was always quick to tell us about recommended shops and how to shop, and our first stay in Hanoi was very comfortable.Also, on the last day, I was able to leave my luggage until the evening, which was very helpful.I am convinced that you are writing a wonderful review.The price is very reasonable.Thank you very much.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect, just a short walk to Old Town, which made exploring Hanoi super easy. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive, always quick to answer our questions and even helped us arrange private transport to other cities and the airport. Their hospitality truly went above and beyond. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Hanoi! Thank you for everything!

It was our 1st time in Vietnam and hence we wanted an apartment so that we get to stay the way we wanted (I mean homely).We were 2 families i.e 2 couples w/ a daughter each. Tbh, we got more than what we expected.1st f all Thu let us chkd-in an hr b4 the check in time which was a huge respite for us as we landed at 5:40 am. This house was super easy to locate and easily reachable by cab/taxi. Thu was more than proactive in letting us know about the surroundings, eateries, shops etc. She greeted us like one of her family members and honestly none of us really expected such warmth and welcoming in a foreign country. This house was more than comfortable for us as we got the access for the whole house, i.e. Gr flr (parking area), 1st flr kitchen w/ living area, 3 bedrooms with atchd bath in respective floors with another the terrace too which was just perfect to wash your clothes and dry them up. Thu infact helped us to get our clothes (plenty of them) dry which was unbelievable gesture.

First off, we didn’t stay at this apartment due fault in piping however we were relocated to somewhere more central and it was as described. Old quarter apartment, gated community. Amazing as it’s above a coffee shop so morning coffee fix was literally a stone throw. Walkable location but grab was easy to access as well. Overall I’d say it was good. All co-host communicated professionally and understanding. Assisted with locations/ airport transfer and explained rules clearly. Lots of promotions from the management as well like 20% off massage !
