Holiday rentals with a patio in Bacacay

Ma’am Rose was very nice and accommodating, she allowed us to check in early. And the extension we requested was smooth and easy. The place looked as advertised - clean, spacious and good for family/groups. The location is very good also as it is near Tabaco center. We’ll definitely stay again if we ever come back around the area :) Thank you Ms. Rose and staff!

The host was accomodating, even prepared food for us (our stay coincided with the place's fiesta). They also check us from time to time to check if we needed anything. The place was also clean which made our stay comfortable. Things prepared for us like towels, soaps, utensils, water, flat iron, heater, hair blower made our stay hassle-free. 🙂

We had a great stay at Michelle’s. Very convenient was the available car parking in front of the unit. Internet was stable. The bigger bed room has a split air conditioner which was working fine. Had a wonderful stay here! The owner was fast and responsive, making check-in and any questions super easy. The room was clean, well-organized, and felt just like home—with everything from complete utensils to free water and instant coffee. It’s conveniently located near Tabaco City with lots of food spots, laundromats, and even banks nearby. Even though there were a few minor brownouts and water interruptions due to local maintenance, I still enjoyed my stay—the owner even personally came by to turn on the backup water, which I really appreciated. Bonus points for the comfy bed, free parking for my rental car, and fun card games to unwind at night!

The place feels very homey—families and friends staying here would surely build a bond. We stayed here for work, but we also developed our teamwork through our stay. We especially loved the balcony with the long table—we stayed here almost all of the time. The place is also located near local canteens, groceries, drugstores, etc. The host is also very responsive and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay. :)

The villa was perfectly located for whale shark snorkeling—just minutes away. It was cozy, and had everything we needed. Our host was incredibly kind and helpful, arranging all our activities for us. The only downside was the noisy chickens waking us up early in the morning. Otherwise, a fantastic experience!

My fam and I had the pleasure of staying at Balai B&R for five days while I attended a convention in Sorsogon. From the moment we arrived, Edward and Kim made us feel right at home with their warm hospitality. Edward was quick and responsive to our needs from buying a drying rack nung na notice niya na nag sampay kami outside the unit to replacing some of our outdated complementary amenities. They also provided complimentary breakfast for all FIVE days, which was such a thoughtful gesture. It’s rare to find a host so attentive and caring. The glasshouse unit was cozy, airy, and filled with natural light while still providing privacy. Its location is ideal—close to SM Sorsogon and Rompeolas, making it easy to buy necessities and find affordable places to eat. May sarisari stores din around the area for extra convenience. Edward also offered airport transfers at a reasonable price, with a tour of the area, which was a personal touch we appreciated. I highly recommend their airbnb! 💯

Both hosts and the caretaker were very responsive and helpful with our inquiries. The house is great with a nice view of Mayon Volcano. Walking distance to the market and other stores. All in all a great experience for our family. Will definitely recommend!

First time booking a place for our group and I must say that this is a good place for having our reunion. The host is responsive and quick to answer queries. The place is not that far as you can even commute to reach it. The place was clean, and has utensils, fridge, water dispenser and even lots of tissue for all of us. The pool was also clean. You can even sing your heart out because you can do videoke. All we needed was there. I love their rooms and bathrooms. they have a heater and rooms are clean enough pillows and blankets. They also have wifi! overall, 10/10 would stay at Kakushi Private Villa again. thank you for letting us stay in your place 😊

The place is super cozy and it was easy to check in. The house is indeed a great place to stay especially for a big family since it is very spacious, neat, and comfy. All of us enjoyed our Holidays because of the peaceful atmosphere. The host is responsive. He also gives recommendations on spots to go when you want to enjoy the city. Transportations like buses and tricycles are also accessible so we did not worry about going to other places around the city. It is also great to go walking around the area.

Perfect getaway beach house! Host is very kind and always checking if we are okay. Me and family loved the place and it's perfect holiday house with a view of the beach!

Very clean and well equipped. Not as spacious as it looked in the picture but comfortable. We had an issue but it was resolved very well. Third floor walk up. If that’s an issue for you, Ask about other units from same owner.

I recently stayed here and I am very happy with my experience. The place looks exactly like it does in the pictures. It is clean and well-maintained. The beds and the pillows are comfortable, just what we needed after a long day of touring around Bicol. The location is convenient as it is near the tourist spots so we were able to visit the attractions easily. The view of Mt. Mayon from the window is a huge plus! The hosts are responsive to every inquiry making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended!
