We stayed for 3 unforgettable days, we were comfortable 6 people and a baby, the kayaks and bicycles were very useful, the kitchen very well equipped, the location perfect near the center of Bacalar. Access to the lagoon made it a great experience, we entered the lagoon at all hours, the incredible sunrise from the kayak Landy was very attentive, she was flexible with the check-in schedule, she was attentive at all times. definitely going back

The Rest House in Bacalar, which vibrates so incredibly! The right space for that disconnection, very close to the lagoon and the beach clubs! The decoration is very Riviera Maya!

Efrain has a large, spacious, clean accommodation with all the amenities you can imagine. Your home connects with the particular beauty of Bacalar. For us, having the Lagoon in front of us was key to our stay. Some days we stayed inside the house and had a great time. The internet, screen, board games and his speaker solved it. We found everything we needed to cook. I would like to emphasize that the location of the house can attract wildlife from the ecosystem. You have to be empathetic and not hurt it. As simple as putting up the mosquito nets and you're done, nothing gets into the house. Great place to be with your family with great accommodation and a host attentive to what you need.

Martin and his wife are very nice. The dogs in the house are a worship. The beach is a wonder there are fish on the shore you can swim and enjoy the wonderful sand the kayak are very much enjoyed. We highly recommend visiting the house.

This place was paradise! Not only is it beautiful and exactly as described. It was even better. The amazing family across the road absolutely made the trip perfect. They made us so many incredible meals!!! So polite and so kind. They tuned us in to real Mexican food. And lots of it!! We had an amazing time on the beach. The rooms have ac and super comfortable. Road was slow and bumpy, but that only added to our adventure!! Thank you 🩷🩷🩷

Our stay was SPECTACULAR the only "negative" point would be that the lights of the pool did not serve...BUT from that outside our stay was very pleasant, the place was clean, good location and if you like nature LO AMARÁS, every morning we would go out to see the fauna that surrounds the place and it is incredible, we will definitely return

Hosts and staff are lovely! Large, secure walled compound with pretty garden, pool, sculptures, gallery and only 6 rental units. Monarca apartment is spacious with artistic decor and a good kitchen. Just a short walk to restaurants, tiendas, bakery and ATM. The beach and malecon are a 20 minute walk or 35 peso taxi ride away. The bicycles were uncomfortable with local roads full of potholes. Golf cart rental is an option. El Jardin Secreto is a very beautiful well maintained oasis! Thank you Cesar and Sabrina!

Everything was perfect with Eric and Jorge. Area. The location is very good, it is in a quiet area and very close to the lighthouse, in less than 5 minutes on foot you reach the restaurant area. But the complex itself has a bar/restaurant and there's another one next to it. Attention. Eric always responded to messages clearly and quickly, they are super attentive. Accommodation. The place is very well distributed and has two large bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and all the air conditioners worked, TV, internet, balcony, warm pool, everything perfect. The place is highly recommended and more for the attention they gave us, in addition to the fact that we were able to take our dog and everything was great! We look forward to seeing you again next year :)

We booked last minute and Vanesa responded immediately. The place is very nice, clean and has got a bigger pool than we expected. The host has great recommendations and also owns a diving school where we did a nice dive. Comes highly recommended!

My friends and I were delighted with the house , very spacious, comfortable, with a spectacular view of the Lagoon and with its own pier. Landy welcomed us and was always attentive to our needs and daily I could see what everything was clean, we always felt safe because the area is very quiet. Thousand percent recommended.

It was undoubtedly the best choice in our accommodation, the hosts were super friendly, they shared several options of activities that we could do in Bacalar, the communication was always excellent, the cabin is quite nice and is very close to the center.

Beautiful spot right on the lake. We had to get a few things like more water and garbage bags but other than that it was lovely. Very private and the huge tree was great for shade. Lots of birds and iguanas hanging around.

Germán was an excellent host and very attentive to us. He also responded to all my texts very quickly. The house was excellent with an exceptional location, everything was 100% with only one detail, the water pressure in the bathrooms was very low. Everything else is excellent Also a special greeting to Pedro, who was always attentive

Everything excellent, has space to store the cart which is important when washing machine. Victoria very attentive to messages answered questions immediately The only drawback I could notice is that the ceiling of palapa does not isolate the noise very well, if there are workers around or the guys who enter the middle school, you are sure to wake up early.

I really loved my stay here! The unit is right on the beach and the view is fantastic. Marcia was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay. There is a restaurant with delicious food and a bar with amazing cocktails. Incredible stay! Can’t wait to return.

The accommodation is quiet in a backyard. The house is small but there is the necessary and we rested well. It's a 5-minute walk from the village square, so it's very convenient! Paola was responsive and recommended good places for activities nearby. Unfortunately, we were unable to enjoy the pool because it was under renovation, but Paola warned us a few days before. Thank you for this trip!

I thought the place was very nice. It's well located and we were able to leave the car at the reception. Keep in mind that it is on the 3rd floor, which means you have a good view and a nice balcony, but there is no elevator. In our case, it's fine, but if it's someone older, they should consider it.
