Cottage by the Lake

Set on 50 acres of farmland, this unique property boasts 2 large lakes with row boats - kayaks and beautiful gardens, abundance of wildlife and a serene and peaceful ambience. Your hosts, Ann & Kevin live in the main house, about 100 metres from the lake-side cottage and are available if needed, or can be very discreet. You have free access to all of the property, with lovely walks and farm animals to interact with. The property is 5 min from Hanging Rock and 15 mins from Kyneton, and Woodend.

Blackwood "Treetops"

An almost entirely open plan house with a vast master bedroom upstairs and a bunk room downstairs, the house sleeps up to six, with a modern kitchen, wood fire, outside deck and large garden, set close by the Wombat State Forest. Suitable for children over five. Pet friendly. Blackwood 'Treetops' is also work friendly as the house has a large desk with landline and internet access. Due to the coronavirus, we are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations.

"The Studio" is a spacious, peaceful and self-contained retreat with a large open plan dining/living space as well as two good-sized bedrooms with up to 5 beds available (3 Queen and 2 King singles), a bathroom with bath and shower, a separate powder room/toilet and a laundry cupboard. With a fully equipped kitchen, espresso machine, huge dining table, wi-fi, a 75 inch TV, two 3-seater sofas, books and DVD's.. Bacchus Marsh Villa unit 5

Our two bedroom villa is located on a block of 5 villas. It is situated approximately 10 minutes drive from Bacchus Marsh city centre. It is within 45 minutes from Daylesford, Ballarat and Geelong or the city of Melbourne. As you enter the hallway and the main area of our unit, comfort and warmth radiates. Offering two bedrooms with queen size beds a third single fold out bed is available on request. The bathroom offers bath and separate shower and a spacious living and dining area.

The coastal bike path provides over 30km's of safe cycling, and beautiful walks along the coastline tracks.

The Stables is the second Airbnb for the property (it is located away from the other Airbnb though) and has its own privacy and unblocked views. No need to head out, the kitchen has all you need- electric cook top, electric frying pan, George Foreman grill and air fryer.
