Beautiful condo in Connewitz

You will like the old villa with garden. It is quietly located in the Connewitz district, the local recreation area of the Leipzig residents 100 years ago. The renovated caretaker apartment is located in the basement. You can quickly reach the city center or the alluvial forest with wildlife park, Lake Markleeberg and Lake Cospuden. The tram stop lines 9 and 11 as well as the S-Bahn Connewitz with direct connection to the city center, the train station and the airport can be found within a five-minute walk of the property.

In a private courtyard with lots of greenery, the cozily furnished house (76 m²) awaits its guests. You can park your car for free right in front of your accommodation. The central location means you can quickly get to the city center. In the living area, you can end the day with a crackling fireplace in the cold season (wood is provided by the host). In the warm season, you can make yourself comfortable on the large terrace (for your use only) with a glass of wine.

A charming, authentic house in the GDR style. Very centrally located right on the beautiful Weimarhallenpark and only 3 minutes walk from the city center. It is surrounded by the imposing new Bauhaus museum, the historic Gauforum and a quiet family residential area. The house itself has been bequeathed to us by our GDR-affine grandmother and, despite some modernizations, authentically kept right in this style. Optional car parking space (€8/day) on enclosed grounds.

Our lovingly furnished vacation home has a size of about 100 square meters and has 3 rooms, kitchen, bathroom and a beautiful large garden. Above the rooftops of Erfurt, it can accommodate up to 6 people in an inner-city, natural, child-friendly environment with rural-quiet charm and lots of views! The house can be reached from the entrance on foot via a series of stairs through the terraced garden. The property and the house are not barrier-free!

Vineyard house overlooking the water

We, a young family with two children ( 1 & 5), have a small ecological winery and from May 22 have furnished a small cottage among vineyards. Idyllically located, you can look at Lake Bindersee and enjoy the tranquility there. From there you can start great excursions, for example to Seeburg, Lutherstadt Eisleben (20 min drive) to Halle (20 min drive) or to the Harz ( 40 min ride) or simply start a tour by bike directly around the sweet lake.

By S-Bahn train, you are in 20 minutes at Leipzig Central Station. The house is located on a play street and therefore perfect for children. There are numerous toys in the house. The house has 3 floors and a west facing roof terrace from which you can enjoy the sunsets.

The bedroom, a children's room and a spacious bathroom are located on the upper floor, a guest toilet on the first floor. Our beautiful house is located in a quiet lane in the middle of Erfurt's old town. Domplatz, Petersberg, Krämerbrücke and the fish market are around the corner. Domplatz is only 3 minutes on foot, from there trams run in all directions, e.g. to the main train station only 8 minutes.
