Holiday rentals with a pool in Badian

It was as comfortable as my vacation home in Bohol He also booked me a van before I arrived at the port to move from Cebu to Bohol. There was also drinking water, cooking utensils, and seasonings, and he was very enthusiastic about the accommodation. I needed to print it urgently, but thankfully, I was thankful that you even did the print yourself. It was an eco-friendly accommodation, so I was able to say hello to the lizards every morning, and it was nice to have two air conditioners in the living room. It's a great place for a large family to tie up at an affordable price, so I highly recommend it. I couldn't get Grab on the day I came back, so I asked for a sanding taxi in a hurry, but they worked hard to find it. Thank you. I don't know when I'll go to Bohol again, but until then, be happy.

This is an accommodation that all the families who traveled together were satisfied. There was nothing lacking for multiple people to stay and the pool and view were really nice. The location is a little far from downtown Alona Beach, but they helped us right away with car layout if needed. I stayed for 3 nights, but I didn't clean it separately. (I think they only do it if requested) The towels were replenished upon request. It is expensive but the quick response from the house and the housekeeper seems to be worth it. We were able to have a great vacation. Especially, we were able to see the sunset every day and it's really beautiful.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this property. The interior and the pool looked just like the photos. Though the place is a bit aged, everything was clean, and the towels and bedding were fresh and crisp. It was clear how well David and his family care for the home — even the pool was beautifully maintained. Manager Allen was incredibly responsive and kind to our family’s needs. The firefly tour he arranged was an unforgettable experience — far better than others we’ve seen. When my niece wanted a nail service, David’s wife kindly took her. There was a small issue, but she did her best to help, and we’re very grateful. We also used the chef service — every dish was delicious, and both adults and kids enjoyed the meals. Our family had such a happy and memorable time here. If we come back to Bohol, we’d love to stay again. And lastly, thank you so much, Allen! :)

My family and I had the most incredible and wonderful stay with Peter and Rowena! Their house, garden, and location and most importantly their wonderful hospitality and friendship made us have the most amazing time ever! The house and garden and location is magic, right next to the most amazing snorkeling with a reef right in front of their house. The house is so beautiful with all the rooms and facilities you need and the garden and pool is incredible with views over the ocean and jungle that is a dream come true. Peter and Rowena are the most amazing hosts you can imagine. We had such an incredible time with them. We had so many wonderful conversations about life, received incredible advice and ideas about all the incredible things you can see and visit in Panglao. Not to mention the most cute and incredible doggies!! We can highly highly recommend you to stay!!! kind regards Marc and Family

The House of the Rising Sun was perfect for our group of 10 (9 adults and 1 child). Chris was responsive from the time that I was inquiring about many things before the actual booking, to the time that we were already in Bohol. He made practical suggestions that enabled us to maximize our time in Bohol. The van service provided by the Airbnb was a dealbreaker for us, because this made the airport transfers, the tours and the transportation to and from the beach and the restaurants so much easier (and cheaper!). The house itself was spacious and clean, and it came with all the creature comforts that one would expect from a good airbnb. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, and again this was a major plus for Paul and Chris' place since we did not want to be at the beach all day long. Thank you, Chris, for allowing us to stay in your lovely home. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect place to chill and bond with family and friends.

It was not too much to walk to use the convenience facilities near Alona. Above all, I was able to stay quietly and comfortably in a neatly managed private villa, and both the host and the staff responded kindly and quickly handled my requests. The width and depth of the pool were also satisfactory, so it was the best accommodation for families who enjoy swimming, and they always took care of the pool and garden early in the morning. I felt the host's meticulous attention to detail for travelers in the clean kitchen and everywhere.(Hangers, drying racks, bottled water, clean towels, amenities, etc.)

Apple and Chris's place was stunning. They have a nice place with lots of comfortable beds. The facilities, including the swimming pool, air conditioning, bathrooms, and utensils, are all very satisfactory. You'll feel like you're at home. They are very accommodating to our concerns. Apple is a superb host and friendly. She is always smiling, warm, and ready to help us. The Home in Lalawigan ng Bohol is an excellent place to stay. I will surely recommend their place to my friends and would come back to a place like home.

We're so happy that we booked this place. It's worth the money you paid for it. I am looking forward to booking this place again.

The place was very big, better than staying in a small hotel room and had a nice large outside balcony. Air-conditioning and Wi-Fi worked well. We liked that it had all the amenities you need for cooking and reheating and having a fridge freezer to have cold drinks with ice was great. The garden was well kept and the shared pool was very clean and inviting. The host was very responsive to a few queries we had and the spa bath was a nice touch, we only used it once on our last night wish I had tried it earlier. Guard there 24 hours and the maintenance / gardener guy was very friendly. Nice place away from the noise and not too far of a walk to Alona beach area, no real need for a tricycle but they are available just out side the gate most times. Just watch that you don't get over charged like our first trip, we new the going rate from then on. Hired a car for a day/night and was able to park it securely for only 100 peso a day. I think if you rent motor bike Its free.

Fatima's place is phenomenal. the view was great, the room has so much space. the ambiance is good and we loved how the light inside the room is placed. I loved watching the sunrises on the patio, though the division kinda blocks the view but it is still great. I think the other room besides us has much better view. Too bad someone was staying in it when we arrived. the only downside is the road going to the apartment, but they did say that the road was very bad so we already expected it. it was also mentioned in the listing. it would be great if we can rent a motorcycle, too bad I don't have driver's license yet. (they also offer motorcycle for rent so you can just ask them) overall the place is really nice, will definitely come back if we go back to Bohol.

Very happy with this place. Good location, less than 15 minutes from the beach. Maisie’s communication was excellent, and the apartment was clean, spacious and felt safe. Overall cannot fault it, especially for the price!!

The room was quite clean and comfortable, perfect for 2-4 people. The sunrise view over the ocean was absolutely stunning. There’s a small kitchen with enough plates, bowls, chopsticks, spoons, and a pan for light cooking, but there is a 50 peso charge if you want to use the stove. The staff here is super friendly, we checked in at midnight, and the guy was still waiting for us. We would definitely come back if we have the chance!

Had a very nice stay, lovely apartment with everything we needed. Nice pool & great location, beach & many restaurants near by. Would highly recommend this place & would definitely book again. Would also recommend Carlo the driver they recommended to us. Thanks for everything.

The place impressively has almost everything we need, especially when it comes to toiletries. Moreover, its was squeaky clean and almost feel like home. The host hospitality was superb, welcoming us with Bohol’s famous peanut kisses. Liez was also very accommodating in responding to our queries despite the time difference. If we get back to Bohol, most likely we would still choose to stay there! Truly away from the hustle and bustle of the city!
