The kitchen for simple cooking is equipped with simple tableware and cooking utensils. (Cooking grilled foods, stir-fried foods, maeuntang, and crustaceans with a lot of oil is not allowed_Please check the accommodation rules.) Smoking is prohibited in the accommodation building. Please be careful when smoking, as an additional cleaning fee of 150,000 KRW will be charged. :) Check-in time is 3pm and check-out time is 11am! The owner of the house will live right next to the house and respond immediately to your needs. In particular, we provide high-quality coffee beans, espresso machines, and various condiments for free, and it is fully equipped with a dishwasher and refrigerator, water purifier, beam projector, washing machine, etc. You can enjoy a cypress bath and sauna (excluding summer months), and there is also a barbecue deck, a large lawn of about 100 pyeong, a swing, a tuho, and a stomach. It is for 1 guest and is located on the 3rd floor. The reason the accommodation is relatively cheap is that it is not equipped with an elevator. It cannot be used by anyone other than the number of people reserved. Please make a reservation according to the number of guests. -> The bathroom is for private use only. ->Laundry room and microwave are available for free on the 1st floor. -> The location is close to Wonju Sevens. -> Free parking is available. The small house built on the ridge of pine trees in Gwangneung Forest It's close to Seoul, but surprisingly, it's a countryside, full of quiet forest sounds and forest smells.
