Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Bahçeşehir, Başakşehir

we were looking for a peaceful place in Istanbul close to the sea and mountains and forests. This is the best place for this purpose. So we got completely relaxed there. Moreover, the location is very organic- you may buy fresh milk straight from Turkish village citizens, freshly baked Karadeniz bread from the local old lady who is making herself it, you may buy fresh groceries there. Black Sea is 10 minutes away by car. The place is also close to both Asian and European parts of Istanbul. About house- the housekeepers are very helpful and empathetic, whenever you need help, they can do that. We did not know that the house is well-equipped so we brought our dishes, containers, shampoo etc. However, everything was there. Overall, we had amazing experience there with our kids. thanks to this place for that

beautiful location right on the sea front, where I noticed alot of Turkish families also came to enjoy the sea view and picnic/ barbecue The property was exactly as described and perfect for our family. it was clean, spacious and comfortable. The beaches and restaurants were all just a short taxi ride away. There was also a fish restaurant less than 10 minutes walk away. the host and her husband were great, they were always ready to help if needed. I would definitely stay here again if ever in Beylikduzu

Apartments are beautiful, large, and in a great location - we really loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to friends! Things to know: the two floors are totally separate apartments; they are pretty anonymous rental flats in terms of what to expect in the kitchen; we experienced some cultural differences around checkout and other communication, but no major issues; the offered airport pickup required that we wait around the airport for about 40 minutes but was otherwise easy

Geniş bir arazinin içinde yer alıyor ve insan kendini adeta küçük bir tatil köyünde gibi hissediyor. Villanın her köşesi özenle düşünülmüş ve dekorasyonu oldukça otantik. Özellikle havuz alanı harika! Gün boyu güneş alıyor ve çevresinde büyük bir çim alana sahip. Sessizlik ve sakinlik arayanlar için birebir. Şehirden uzaklaşıp kafanızı dinlemek, dinlenmek ve doğayla bağ kurmak istiyorsanız kesinlikle doğru yerdesiniz. Aynı zamanda tüm olanaklar düşünülmüş — mutfak tam donanımlı, yataklar çok rahat, her şey tertemizdi. Geceleri gökyüzünde yıldızları izlemek bile başlı başına bir deneyim! Ev sahibi Arek de son derece ilgili ve misafirperverdi. Her sorumuza hızlıca yanıt verdi ve konaklamamızın kusursuz geçmesi için ellerinden geleni yaptılar. Villaya yakın bir konumda ailesiyle yaşayan Volkan olabildiğince yardımcı oldu. Böyle bir yerde kalmak gerçekten ayrıcalıktı. Muhteşem bir ev.

The house has everything for a mid-long term stay, including cooking utensils, basic ingredients like salt, sugar, oil and spices. It also has dishwasher and washing machine. The garden green is very relaxing. 5 minutes walk from supermarket, 5 to 7 minutes walk to bank, ATM and metro station. Also walking distance from the colorful houses on vibrant Kuzguncuk street. Loved our stay. Seda is very kind and made sure that we have a comfortable stay with our baby. She also allowed a late check out. I will book this place again.

Ev çok güzel bir bölgede, çok güzel bir evdi. Küçük çocuklu ailelerin dikkatli olması gerekli çünkü evde çok fazla aksesuar var ve çocuklar çok meraklı. Bir de böcekler konusunda fobiniz var ise biraz sıkıntı yaşayabilirsiniz. Yataklar çok rahattı, fazla havlular sağlanmıştı.

Tugkan is very responsive and friendly. he was always there to help us and give us jnstructions. pros: nice apartement, with all the amenities that work perfectely. kitchen is well equiped for cooking for 6 7 people and washing mashine and dish washing machines are making everything very easy. Tugkan himself is very responsive and helpful. cons: the public transportation access is really bad. so before booking, bear in mind that you may use a lot of taxis and ubers and plan for it. The streets that lead to the apartment are extremely steep, making it hard to access any public transportation. Overall it worth the money, it is reletively cheap for 7 people.

We had a very nice stay. Volkan replied immediately, gave clear self check-in instructions, and there was always 'staff' nearby who could come to the apartment within 15 minutes if we needed help. When our toilet didn’t flush upon arrival, someone came to fix it right away. When our toilet paper was almost finished, we received new rolls. The apartment is brighter than it appears in the photos, thanks to two street-facing windows. I had feared it would be too dark, but that wasn’t the case. The location (New European Quarter) is great—close to Galata Tower, Taksim Square (full of restaurants and shops), and fancy hotels like the Pera Palace, where Agatha Christie wrote Murder on the Orient Express. Do note that the area is noisy both day and night, and the flat is not well insulated against sound. Streetlights prevent full darkness, even with curtains. Light sleepers may want to bring earplugs and a sleep mask. Bus, metro and train stops are 3-10 min away—leading to the 'Old city'.

Sehr zentrale Lage, dennoch ruhig gelegen. Direkt am Meer. Schöne gemütliche Terasse. Gute Ausstattung. Alles sehr sauber. schneller freundlicher Kontakt. Sehr zu empfehlen für kleine Gruppen.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Super séjour ! L’appartement est idéalement situé à deux pas de la rue İstiklal, ce qui permet de profiter pleinement de l’ambiance animée du centre-ville tout en étant au calme la nuit. Le logement est propre, confortable et bien équipé. L’hôte a été très réactif et accueillant, avec de bonnes recommandations locales. Je recommande sans hésiter pour un séjour à Istanbul !

This apartment is one of the best rentals I have seen, with everything perfectly clean, well supplied and comfortable. The building is in a beautiful neighborhood and on a particularly well situated street... very quiet but still close to the lively areas nearby where there is an eclectic mix of shopping, dining, coffee houses, bars, art studios and tourist attractions. The hosts are responsive, prompt and polite. Thanks so much for a perfect stay!

We had a fantastic stay in Tugce's Bebek apartment. The apartment is charming with beautiful light from all the windows and had everything we needed. We loved staying in the Bebek neighborhood; it's a beautiful part of the city and vibrant with many waterfront cafes and restaurants. The apartment is in a great location, just a little up the road leading up from Bebek. And, Tugce was a fantastic host; so helpful and responsive to all our questions. Definitely recommend!

This is the ideal place if you’re a group of 3-5 people. Even with a full house it would still be exceptionally spacious. Very walkable neighborhood and close to everything. Great AC for those sultry Istanbul nights. But the thing that really stood out to me is what a great person Eyup is! I ended up going to a concert with him and his girlfriend the second night I was there. This is someone you can really reach out to as your host but after this stay I will no longer call him my host. Definitely my friend.

Très bon séjour dans cet appartement. Vraiment bien situé, proche de la vieille ville, du grand bazar et du tram poyr aller explorer les autres quartiers. Logement propre et fonctionnel. Machine à laver à disposition à l'étage supérieur, très pratique quand nous ne voulons pas emmener trop d'affaires! Je recommande ce logement. Très bon rapport qualité prix!
