"Ca 'Melina' is located in the center of Sestri Levante in a typical Ligurian narrow street , between the Bay of Fables and the Bay of Silence, The two beaches are known among the most 'beautiful in Italy. It's an apartment on the first floor without elevator in a house typical Ligurian, close to shops, bars, restaurants and pizzerias. You can enjoy boat excursions to Cinque Terre and Portofino or nature walks to the promontory to Punta Manara. In the apartment smoking is not permitted.

"IL MARE IN CASA" apartment is located in Riomaggiore's marina, its a former fisher's household with a wonderful terrace just above the sea, the view is incredible. Very close to shops, cafes and restaurants, but also to the train station and next to the ferry station. Il mio alloggio, di recente ristrutturazione in tipico palazzo ligure, e' situato fronte mare con una splendida vista sulla Baia del Silenzio, vicino ai migliori bar e ristoranti del centro. Ti piacerà per la posizione, l'atmosfera, il quartiere, gli spazi esterni. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie e famiglie con bambini (e' a disposizione letto Baby Farma per l'infanzia) e chiaramente non manca la macchina del caffe' Nespresso . La casa é affacciata nel golfo del Tigullio dove gode di una eccezionale vista mare ,nella quite delle colline Liguri, pur essendo a pochi passi dal mare,500 metri . Ha il Garage dove parte l'ascensore che raggiunge il primo piano dove si trova la cucina, salone, tinello, terrazza , jacuzzi, BBQ,bagno di disimpegno,e il secondo piano con tre camere da letto e i loro bagni privati, più camera in mansarda con bagno.
