Cute old town one room flat - Port at only 100m

We bought this absolutely centrally located 25 sqm one room flat in 2016. It definitely was love at first sight :-) Its location in the pedestrian area is unique: the flat is less than 50m away from the bustling streets of Sanary's old town and yet very quiet, facing a lovely small square. We put lots of efforts and care into fully refurbishing the flat in 2020, to make it your perfect holiday pick, both functionally and emotionally. The flat could accomodate two adults plus one small child.

Durant la haute saison, nous louons notre appartement à la semaine du dimanche au dimanche. Malheureusement, nous ne sommes pas en mesure de proposer des exceptions. Nice apartment facing the sea with south-facing balcony in a secure residence with parking. Comfortable. 1st floor without elevator access. Renovated apartment with a bedroom with a 140 X 190 double bed. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi. "La Résidence" is located opposite the sandy beach of Grand Vallat, with access to a private beach with a pergola. Boules court, ping pong table and deckchairs are available. Located less than a 10-minute walk to the city center and its shops.

An excellent stay! Frédéric is very nice and very welcoming, he can offer you many places to see and visit in the area. The accommodation is impeccable, very functional and perfectly arranged and decorated. Its location is ideal, practically on the waterfront, and the center of Bandol is accessible on foot in a few minutes with all the necessary amenities. Small, tastefully decorated farmhouse. Very large and beautiful exterior. Everything is planned to have a great stay especially with a baby. The accommodation is in a very quiet neighborhood, 10 min walk from the port and you can park easily in front of the farmhouse. We had a very pleasant stay at Joseph's place!

We absolutely adored our stay at this beautiful location. It is very private and peaceful and perfect for a few days to relax and unwind. The house is very stylish, like out of a magazine. The property has a private heated pool, bbq and lots of outside space. It also feels very safe and secure. We would 100% recommend this to anyone thinking of coming to this area. Sterenn was very responsive, friendly and helpful with any questions we had. 10/10 stay.
