A peaceful harbor a stone's throw from Nouméa. Outstanding hospitality, an enchanting place with the pool and vegetation. We immediately felt welcomed and well in this place. We recommend it from the bottom of our hearts.

We had a lovely time at Jean-Luc and Sandrine’s beautiful home. It was a perfect place to base ourselves for a short stay in Noumea. Their place is a short walk from food, shops, and attractions. Jean-Luc was super responsive - we had a minor hiccup (a translation issue) about the number of beds required, so encourage you to be clear about bedding required. Otherwise, we had no issues finding the place or feeling at home. Highly recommend.

Simply the house of happiness, we wish we could have stayed longer at Sylvie's place. Her welcome is warm, we had interesting discussions, her two sons are adorable. The house is very clean, with private bathrooms. The bedding is extremely comfortable. The large garden is great. As a bonus, the little dog and the cat. The location is ideal, a short walk to Anse vata beach. We highly recommend their place!

We had a great stay with children that started with a beautiful low tide with shell picking, a canoe ride made available, a snack on the beautiful large terrace, a game of soccer on the field, followed by an aperitif by the fire and grills in the evening. A little night fishing directly on the beach and a few cuttlefish later we enjoyed a good night in the comfortable and well-equipped bungalows. Breakfasts and lunches were prepared in the super-equipped kitchen bungalow. On site, the hosts thought of everything, and small touches for a perfect stay. To sum up, we loved it and we'll be back!

Amazing views, especially sunsets! We just enjoyed relaxing with a breeze through the suite, but also enjoyed the many nearby restaurants and shoreline walks. This was one of our many AirBnB stays over the years!!

Valerie and Bertram are particularly kind and generous people. I was even allowed to swim in their pool every day. Valerie gave me a lot of great tips. The Tinte House is very small, but so romantically located in the trees and very quiet. It is a pleasure to cook in the small kitchen and watch the birds in the trees. I highly recommend this place. Thanks for everything!!!

I had a wonderful time at Cathy's place. it has an amazing location close to an amazing beach. It also has great transport connections to other parts of Noumea. Cosy place and clean too. Would definitely recommend.

Octave's place is very well located, clean and as described. I add that Octave was very responsive and very kind.

Laurent and Celine's house is fabulous - on the water, with pool and great kitchen and facilities for all the family, including kayaks, snorkel gear, games and outdoor activities. Celine was a fabulous host - always responsive and there for us for everything and even offered to book restaurants as our french speaker was not able to come at the last minute. The kitchen and provisions were amazing for cooking and this house is better than a 5 star hotel and it was a perfect venue and experience. Thank you so much Celine and Laurent.

We spent three exceptional weeks in Guillaume's apartment. Everything is perfectly thought out for a comfortable family stay: fully equipped kitchen, air-conditioned bedroom with king size bed, huge dressing room, washer and dryer, not to mention the large terrace overlooking Anse Vata which gives the impression of living outside. There were five of us, including two teenagers and a 7-year-old, and thanks to the optimal layout, everyone found their place without ever stepping on them. The location is ideal, between Baie des Citrons and Anse Vata, with all amenities nearby. A big thank you also for the responsiveness and availability of our hosts throughout the stay. We leave delighted and highly recommend this listing! It feels like home from the first few days, with a real sense of well-being. This is an address that we treasure and would like to find during a future stay in Noumea.

Clear and detailed instructions for a self-check-in, perfect! The space was bigger than the impression that the photos had given me, clean and well-equipped The neighborhood, Lemon Bay, is awesome!!! The apartment overlooks "the back", so no noise disturbances.
