I loved my stay at this place! Everything was very clean, pleasant and as advertised. As a bonus, I was treated to a delicate attention upon my arrival: a fresh baguette, fruit, a bottle of water, coffee, sugar and jam. A real plus that makes the difference! The only small downside would be the arrival time at 4 p.m., a little late, especially with a departure at 11 a.m. But other than that, everything was perfect. I would highly recommend it!

Great accommodation that makes it easy to visit all of Guadeloupe. The welcome was impeccable by Guillaume's mother. Guillaume remains very responsive by message to offer us places to visit and as far as the accommodation is concerned. The house is perfectly in line with the photos and very clean.

An apartment, top of the villa, like home. We're at home. Comfortable for 4. A layout, comfort and decor, mostly what you need. The site and the quiet open neighborhood accessible., on the edge of the village and fields for walks. The hosts, a little dog, are nice.

The host is very responsive, communication is easy. Apartment is in a nice, well kept, clean gated neighbourhood with swimming pool (big plus with kids) and has a reserved parking space. It is well positioned for visiting both Basse-Terre and Grande Terre (if you have a car). It is modern, clean, well equipped, quiet. Rooms are spacious, beds big and comfortable and it has a nice covered terrasse. WiFi is high speed and works well, there were no water shortages (in contrast to some other towns). Windows are quipped with nets; AC works well.

This was my first visit to Guadeloupe and I loved the island and where Ludvik's place. All the necessary amenities were provided and he responded to my requests immediately. Clean house and rooms. Pool was pristine. The area was great and allowed me to go to either side of the island. You will need a vehicle though. Will recommend to anyone who is travelling on a budget.

Very quiet accommodation surrounded by a tropical garden where birds sing. Air-conditioned apartment, clean. Fridge, microwave and washing machine in operation. Quiet neighborhood. Possibility to leave your car on the street without any problem. Very nice host, available and very responsive if needed. I would recommend it .

Anaïs's place is really great. The residence is quiet, clean and secure. The apartment is very nice, with a large connected TV that adds a plus. The terrace is very well decorated and gives a certain charm to the apartment. The bedding is incredibly comfortable, and I don't say that lightly! The air conditioning works well and the bathroom is functional. You can book without a second thought.

Beautiful accommodation. Large and spacious, pleasantly decorated and convenient to live. There is everything and even more for a stay in the accommodation: dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, airfryer, rice cooker, oven, bag bags, cooler bags, laundry detergent, various products, coffee, salt, pepper, internet, large TV ... Everything is there. It feels like Florence lent us her home. Between Basse Terre and Grande Terre, the property is located in a private residence with a pool. We enjoy the calm at any time of day. And the large terrace is a real pleasure to end the evening under the sweetness of Guadeloupe. Of course, it takes a car to enjoy the stay. The location of the listing allows you to be quickly on either side of the island. Thank you Florence, it was a great stay with family.
