Located 7 minutes from Destreland Shopping Center and Jarry, 13 minutes from Pointe à Pitre, 17 minutes from "Datcha" Beach (Gosier), 14 minutes from Viard Beach and Lézard River and 30 minutes from Sainte-Anne.

Close to shops and shopping centers. 10 minutes from the airport, the cruise port of Pointe-à-Pitre and the ZI de Jarry. 15 minutes from the first beaches. The accommodation has a water tank that can hold 24 hours in case of water cuts due to the repair work of the network.
