Très beau condo propre et super bien à quelque pieds de la piscine et prêt de la lagune. Les plages sont magnifiques, sur l'île, mais il faut une voiture pour se déplacer. Il y a une épicerie à proximité disons une centaine de mètres. Air climatisé très fonctionnelle et Régis malgré à distance et très réceptif et réagit promptement. Je recommande. cet emplacement.

My friends and I had such an amazing stay here. I can’t say enough about this air bnb! Tibo and his father were extremely accommodating about arrival and check out times. The place is even more beautiful than the photos and simultaneously private and peaceful but in the middle of town. Grand Case is a really vibrant and welcoming area with a great food and dance/music culture. We hope to stay here in the future!

Excelente alojamiento!! Súper completo, tenía todo lo necesario para disfrutar la estadía sin preocuparse por nada, tanto en el baño como en la cocina. Muy limpio. Moderno. Bellamente decorado. La playa es bellísima, tranquila, y privada, al menos en las fechas que estuvimos nosotros, principio de Junio. La cama muy cómoda. Hay un bar/restaurante a 60 metros por la playa, donde se come muy bien. Volvería a este alojamiento sin dudarlo, y lo recomiendo totalmente!

Dominique a été extrêmement prévenante et son studio -même s’il est un peu petit pour une famille de 4, a tout ce qu’il faut pour passer une semaine confortablement. Le Marigot est pratique pour rayonner, la piscine de la résidence est sympa en fin de journée et l’ensemble est une alternative à l’hôtel peu onéreuse pour une destination chère comme saint Martin. Chouette séjour !

Just an awesome place to spend time in Simpson bay. The penthouse was awesome and would love to come back in the future. The kids had so much fun in the water. Simona went out of her way to ensure we had everything to enjoy our trip.

This is such a beautiful property, the view is breathtaking. Leda was very helpful, and responsive any and everytime I needed her. You won't be disappointed ❤️

Everything about this location was wonderful. It is beautiful, private, peaceful and romantic. We enjoyed sitting out front and listening to the waves crash. The boats came and went throughout the day. The pool and scenery is tranquil. The location alone made our trip even more enjoyable.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was just as described and perfect for a couple. Spent most evenings watching the sailboats in the harbor from our balcony. Very walkable to shops, restaurants and things to do. My only complaint is that i wasnt made aware that i needed to provide my own toliet paper (only 2 were provided for 8 nights). We were lucky to have a car and be able to run back to store again, but most airbnbs either provide enough or tell you prior to bring your own. The pool was nice, and i enjoyed it daily. We did have A LOT of difficulty finding the building, but that is our fault for not being able to read french LOL. Downloads those maps before you get there! Thanks for a great experience!

It was lovely to watch the waves and listen to the ocean everyday from our patio. Laure was so welcoming and offered ideas for places to go during our 6 week stay. She was very responsive to messages from us and genuinely want to make sure we had a wonderful visit. We were close to a variety of cafes and restaurants. The French bakery was a wonderful morning walk and Boat On Yacht Club a charming afternoon excursion. It took us a short time to get used to the to driving in Marigot but by the second week, we were comfortable with our route. I recommend getting out and about throughout the island. There is plenty to explore! Laure is a gem! We would stay here again.

Le logement est encore mieux que sur les photos, le lieu est paisible et proche de l’aéroport de Grand-Case. Gilles a été très réactif et sympathique, nous recommanderons à nos amis, merci pour la réactivité !

Wat een prachtige plek, met een nog mooier uitzicht op het water en Pinel Island. Op deze plek kom je helemaal tot rust, de buitenruimte met genoeg zitplaatsen en het kleine zwembad is echt geweldig, meer heb je niet nodig. Binnen is de ruimte van alle gemakken voorzien, airco, plafondventilatoren, handige keuken, goede bedden en fijne badkamers. Als je een stukje richting de zee loopt kom je ezeltjes en wilde paarden tegen, werkelijk fantastisch! Ze houden erg van wortels. Verder heb je zeker een huurauto nodig om wat van het eiland te zien, boodschappen te doen of naar een restaurant gaan. Deze plek is echt een verborgen parel waar je je heerlijk thuis zult voelen. Bedankt Isabelle !!

The stay was amazing. There was plenty to keep us entertained and rested within the listed property and villa. There was a nice pool (beware of the drop off after the last step…found out once I was unexpectedly under the water 🤣). The beach access had quite a bit of seaweed when we went due to the time of year but we could still use it for kayak access. The beach access at the villa is not the type of beach access you can swim at. But, no worries because there are plenty of beaches around. Melissa had amazing recommendations and was very prompt in her responses. If you get a rental vehicle on the island make sure you take DETAILED video and photos while the agent is present and can be seen in the video also. The island roads are crazy and you will want to make sure any damages on the vehicle are captured before you take responsibility for it. Overall the stay and host were top notch and I would have no problem staying here again. We loved it!!!!

The villa was perfect. Beautiful view, upscale and clean. Joy was easy to communicate with and offered help with logistics such as car service private yachts, groceries and private chef service. The private pool off our deck was clean and refreshing We started planning our next trip before this one ended.

Private location with a gorgeous pool that kept shade till 1pm - our kids were in it by 7am every day. Accommodation was pristine with perfect bedrooms. We were able to open the house up all morning then close the doors and turn on AC and control each bedroom for personal preference individually. Our host met us at the house, were very responsive throughout our stay and provided assistance quickly (for example a blender that malfunctioned was quickly replaced). M-F housekeeping was also a very nice touch. Overall very happy with the experience, and would book again.

Casa Victoire is one of the best rentals we have ever used for vacation- the pictures do not do it justice and Maly was an amazing host! If you are thinking about staying here just go ahead and click that button and you will not be disappointed. The pool was fabulous overlooking the bay and Pinel Island. Within a few minutes drive of Grand Case and Orient Bay- both with plenty of activities and food. Maly provided so much useful information before arrival and during our stay. The layout worked great for myself and 4 adult children- plenty of space for all. If you rent a car I highly recommend Nono car rental recommended by Maly- car will be waiting on you at the house and they will pick you up at the airport so you can get right to your vacation without worrying about driving as soon as you arrive Thank you Maly- we look forward to our next trip to St Martin!

j'ai passé un excellent séjour chez Lucienne . Je me suis sentie comme chez moi dans ce studio spacieux ,décoré avec soins ne manquant de rien. Merci à Lucienne et son mari pour leur gentillesse et leur discrétion.

Le logement proposé par Aurélien était propre et très confortable. Sa localisation permet de se rendre à pied aussi bien à la plage qu'au centre ville. Je le recommande vivement à tous ceux qui veulent faire une petite escapade sur Marigot.

To sum up 10/10 would recommend. Will stay again if I come back! I had a few interactions with Jean Paul booking and with his associates a while there. They do a very good job as property managers and the property itself was just great. Also helpful with suggestions thanks again Jean Paul, Laurènce and your other collaborators.

This was a wonderful stay for my family. The house was accessible to lots of things nearby while situated in a peaceful community. The home was clean and more beautiful than the pictures show. Communication was great between the host. Great stay!

The selling feature of this unit is definitely the view of the lagoon and pool. The studio is bright with plenty of sunshine coming in. The furniture and decor is basic, though met our needs for a week’s stay. The kitchen works for simple breakfast and lunch meals. It is in a great location with easy access to restaurants, beaches and night life. Complex felt safe and secure. It is with hesitation that I have to mention though, that the entire complex itself is an eye sore. I have stayed at various units on multiple occasion’s and mostly overlook these conditions, especially once inside the well decorated and completely renovated units. The buildings on the outside appear to have water damage and paint is peeling off the walls. For a person with high expectations, this may be difficult to absorb.

This was my 2nd time to the island again staying on the French side and my daughter and I loved it. This place is very walkable to the local shopping, restaurants, ferry terminal & more in Marigot. We felt safe walking at all times during our stay. We did not rent a car while on the island and instead opted to catch the public bus especially for traveling to the Dutch side. You can easily catch them in Marigot and just ask a local if u need help. The pool & beach onsite was a nice addition to have and wasn’t crowded at all. Everyone we saw in the bldg was very friendly and we will miss the cat that visited us daily. This unit is located on the side facing the street so there will be some noise from traffic during rush hour but it didn’t bother us at all. Her unit is at the end of 3 other units which makes it feel like your own private oasis. Sabrina was very communicative in providing some tips for our stay and I look forward to returning to her unit during our next visit!

We have always stayed at all inclusive resorts. We wanted to try something different but were hesitant about an Airbnb. Patrick's Villa was the first we viewed and nothing that we looked at online left the impression of La voyageur. Between the amazing reviews and beautiful decor, it just felt right. From our arrival, to departure and all the things in between, Patrick was an amazing host. From restaurant reservations to the best beach clubs, we were able to spend each second of our trip experiencing the best St. Martin had to offer. Patrick truly made our experience exceptional not to mention the unique atmosphere this flat provides. Beautiful views in a gated community with the best French cuisine within walking distance, we were truly in our perfect paradise. We purchased a few groceries and cooked a few times but ultimately felt at home. It was so very hard to leave. Thank you Patrick for offering a very special experience that we hope to revisit soon.

Rose's condo was absolutely fabulous. The sunrise and sunset over a view of the beach/pier were simply amazing. I will cherish the memories for years to come. I look forward to staying at her place again soon.
