Rafael place is on great location close to highways shops and restaurants. His place was super spacious and spotless. Rafael is an excellent host. Home away from home I will stay here again. Rafael thank you for everything. He was able to accommodate us on last minute booking due to a family emergency.

The Heart of Caguas

I had an amazing stay here and felt right at home. I felt very safe in the neighborhood and with the gate and front door lock. The place was impeccably clean and prepared for my stay. I also found the bed super comfortable which is something I’ve noticed is hard to find at most rentals. The room was perfect for days I wanted to sleep-in as well because the curtains kept the room nice and dark. The instructions around the house are helpful and when I called Felix to ask about check-in, he was more than helpful to assist me and he assured I can call 24/7 whenever I needed. I enjoyed being close to shopping areas and the town square where the nightlife is. The pool was fantastic as well but I only swam in it once because the weather was rainy while I was visiting, overall it was nice and warm when I got to swim in it. I hope to be able to visit again soon! Thank you again for your hospitality and for such a relaxing stay!

Entire home to yourself, in a safe and quiet residential neighborhood. Built in the 1990s and very much a typical middle class Puertorrican house 🌺 The property has an amazing closed backyard and a patio with outside seating to enjoy your meal and surrounding flora. The house is conveniently located in the center of the island near restaurants and shopping centers; its 25 mins from Old San Juan, 15 mins to Cayey (Guavate), 20-30 mins to Condado beaches, 45 minutes to El Yunque Rainforest.
