The house is located in a newly built development around 2 years old. It has very good night lighting. The streets are well laid out, some private ones have a security gate, green areas and a clubhouse with pool, jacuzzi and steakhouses. Another of the attractions are the condominiums in the form of 4-story towers. The lighting is spectacular especially in these towers. The view is breathtaking in both day and night.
