Unique location in the heart of downtown on the Marina with breathtaking views of the Yacht Harbor. A short walk to the famous Medano Beach, bars, night clubs, and many shops and restaurants. Watch the world go by on the Marina Walk below. 24-hour security (very safe). Note, one BR in the condo can be a bit loud Fri-Sat due to the popular NoWhere bar. 2nd BR is much quieter.

Nice and large 2bdrm/2bath house for up to 7 people, just 8-10 minutes drive from the beach, malecon and main tourist attractions, fully equipped, 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 single bed and 1 futon, living room with large tv and lots of streaming options, A/C, wifi, charcoal bbq grill, boiler, gated back and front yard and more!
