Great place and everything is close even the beach

From before we arrived Barbara and Manilo were easy and quickly communicative! Gave us easy to find directions and even accommodated us with our early arrival by offering to hold our groceries and directing us to the beach club! The beach club and pool were both amazing! Honestly worth the stay for that alone. The house was cleaned daily and was a short 10-15 minute drive to Malecón/downtown area! WiFi was great quality and honestly we would not hesitate to rebook the same stay in our next trip to La Paz! If you’re considering saving a bit and doing a hotel instead, don’t and book this airbnb you won’t be disappointed! Thank you both for allowing us the most amazing stay!

This home is beautiful and in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. Bernardo was very accommodating with our arrival time / departure time. I did have issues with finding the house due to my own GPS, but Bernardo called me and made sure to talk us through the directions and sent pictures. That day we did find a small issue and let him know so he would be aware of the situation and he immediately had someone out to fix it. We would love to stay here again because the home and the area made us feel welcome!

Great place to stay if you're kitesurfing - just steps away from Playa Central. The room is very nice - a little studio with your own private refrigerator, a desk, and full bathroom.

Juan Carlos is an extraordinary host. The way that he cares for others is what hospitality is all about. Also, WOW best coffee in town!! This is an amazing place to stay central to everything and easy walk to the beach.

I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. My bed was really comfy and the room was nicer then the pictures showed. The owner, his family and the other guest were fun to be around. We had an occasional line for the coffee maker when I finally managed to get up, but it was really nice to have other like minded travelers around to compare notes with. There's a little fish market a few houses up that had great fresh fish and a little market on the other side of the street a block away for tortillas, eggs and avocados and other small things for cooking. I suggest ear plugs for some of the evening and morning noises but I have no complaints and look forward to staying there again.

The location is great, just a few steps from the boardwalk, restaurants, bars and everything on hand. The value is perfect. The host is always attentive and very kind.
