Family-friendly holiday rentals in Bajura

We arrived in the dark after a long drive through bad traffic. When we woke up and walked out onto the covered porch and saw the beach we agreed we were in paradise. It was worth the drive. The beach is beautiful, clean and private. The house is comfortable. This is my seventh trip to PR. I have found the place I want to return to when I come back.

Such a beautiful home with beautiful views! It was truly breathtaking! The home was clean, easy to access, the views and house amenities were amazing, and we had no issues during our stay! This home is as pictured and described. We spent a lot of time relaxing in the hot tub at the end of the day, and we explored the private beach. Definitely hoping to stay here again!

Everything was exactly as listed. Luis was very helpful always. Recommend!

I often don’t write reviews but Edwin’s place is great!! The apartment is well kept and provided beach items and toys which definitely was a plus. The pool and the apartment view is amazing!! The complex security keeps the space safe and the people are very friendly. The complex even had power when most of the island unfortunately faced a power outage. Definitely recommend to anyone who would like to stay on the west side of the island!

My family and I have stayed at several units in this complex over the years. Three days before our arrival, we had a travel disruption that required us to arrive one day earlier than expected. I contacted Bob and he quickly replied that the unit was free and we were welcome to stay. The unit was clean and well equipped. We had clear instructions on how to use everything (it was all labeled!) and were provided a guide weeks before our stay. The beds were comfortable and there were sufficient towels and pillows. The kitchen had stainless steel pans, a blender (for when my daughter asked for a Pina Colada), a Brita filter in the fridge and ice trays in the freezer. If you are heading to Crash Boat, Bob supplies beach chairs, bags, coolers, etc. You also have a wonderful view of the sunset daily as well as the island of Desecho. We didn't want to leave and can't wait to come back. Thank you Bob and Evelyn!

Everything is the same as in the pictures. The beaches near to the house are amazing! The host is really friendly and suggested a lot of opportunities what we should check it out. We didnt had any kind of issue! One of the best places to just hide from the real world and have some peaceful time! Thank you for everything and I can suggest that place to anybody who want have some relax and peace.

Desde el primer momento en que crucé la puerta, pude sentir la calidez, el cuidado y el amor que han puesto en cada rincón. No solo es un espacio hermosamente decorado y perfectamente organizado, sino que transmite una atmósfera de paz, armonía y bienestar. Nos sentimos cómodos y bienvenidos en todo momento, algo que no siempre es fácil de lograr, y que sin duda refleja su hospitalidad, generosidad y buen gusto.Quiero felicitarlo por haber creado un hogar tan especial. Se nota el esmero con el que han elegido cada detalle, la limpieza impecable, y sobre todo, el ambiente acogedor que se respira. When traveling back to PR, I would stay there again.

Excellent service, even in the middle of an island wide 2 days power outage. Backup generator worked well to keep us comfortable and safe. It required refueling which went seamlessly. Great restaurants close by ( Strongly recommend Porcello walking distance, a little pricey but excellent food quality and taste). All the unit’s amenities described were in perfect order. Lots of beach towels and beach chairs and beach umbrella. Great place and very responsible host! Loved it, definitely recommend and I will revisit.

Jose’s home was a SCORE! So close to our two awesome family beaches (crash boat and playa jobas) along with a handful of other great beaches. Very safe neighborhood. Close to grocery stores, banks, gas, markets, restaurants, and more. Even though there is an airport nearby, it’s not very active so you don’t really hear air traffic. Cute little pool and the inside of the home is PERFECT. I want to build a home with the same layout, great spaces. VERY COMFORTABLE beds and everything you could possibly want is available (beach chairs, pack n play, beach toys, car seats, etc.). I have zero complaints and will definitely be booking this spot again.

El lugar es encantador, las fotos no le hacen justicia a lo hermoso que es el área y la playa, tiene un restaurante a pasos con comida y bebidas excelentes, lo único que afectó nuestra estadía fue que el aire acondicionado estuvo dando problemas y el calor fue intenso, La anfitrion Elizabeth fue muy proactiva ante la situación y se comunicó inmediatamente para resolvernos, lamentablemente la situación no se pudo resolver de inmediato pero Elizabeth nos llamó para excusarse y planificar otra estadía en su Hermoso Camper. Sin duda alguna volvería a hospedarme en este lugar!

Lleana (host) was very responsive and a great host. The place overall was very relaxing and the small kitchen met our basic needs. We were able to eat healthy making our own breakfast and protein shakes with the blender included. The beds were very comfortable. We loved the included insulated backpack to take to the beach. In the morning, we welcomed the rooster and chickens waking us up. We also welcomed the cat while we were relaxing in the hammock (front patio). The place was very close to the beach and 15 min. away from Walmart. Highly recommend.

El cuarto estaba limpio, todo estaba muy bien ordenado, no hubo ninguna dificultad en utilizar los enseres. Baño estaba en muy bien estado, espejos limpios. La sala estaba, tambien, limpia y ordenada. Habian multiples cubiertos y cositas para poder uno hacerse su propia comida. Sitio expectacular, la piscina estaba limpia y no hubieron problemas con ningun otro visitante. En corto, muy bien sitio, limpio y ordenado, preparado para visitantes.

This is a perfect stay for families. The only concern would be if anyone is unable to take a flight of steps as I don't believe there is elevator access. The pool is very close by and Jobos beach is a very short drive with tons of places to eat. The apartment had 2 beach chairs, unfortunately one was broken but it was great to have! This is our second time staying with Arnaldo and we had additional family staying in another one of his apartments as well. Will definitely be returning.

In every way this place was perfect. Easy check in, very beautiful facilities and room, great guide of the area, extremely responsive, beach at the end of the road. Even the decorations of the rooms were great. This is a hidden gem and we will be back. Make sure you know that the pool is only for adults. If there is anything that could be better the parking spots are small, there was no washer dryer, and each morning there was a beatle dead by our front door. But don’t let any of that deter you from staying here. It is the best Airbnb we stayed in so far and very cost effective.

I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. It was extremely quiet and serene while also still being very close to the beaches. The bed was extremely comfortable and the unit had all of the amenities one would need. If I ever come back to Puerto Rico I will definitely be staying here again.

Me hospedé este fin de semana en Costa Costa Vela y fue una experiencia maravillosa. Es un lugar que realmente cumple con todo y en abundancia. Las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas, la limpieza es impecable y la atención del personal es excelente: siempre amables, atentos y dispuestos a ayudar. Se nota que se esmeran en cada detalle para que uno se sienta cómodo y bien recibido. ¡Sin duda lo recomiendo y volvería encantado/a!
