Our ocean view studio overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and the bay area is inside the Sandestin Resort on the 9th floor with a balcony. It is right by the Sandestin beach, recently updated and refurbished. Waterfall pool, heated jacuzzi and gym in the building. * Exterior building upgrades: Begin April/May with impact on balcony usage. Current schedule says work around this unit might be going from May - end of July. More details below. Therefore a huge discount was applied for those months.

It is located in the country woods of Milton, FL on family-owned farm land, but not too far off the beaten path. Only 15 minutes to the heart of the city, and 45 minutes to beaches. It is next door to Sowell Farms which is home to several wedding venues, fenced exotic wildlife (may or may not be seen during your stay), and home of the Trophy for Great American Christmas Light Fight!

The 2022 camper has new linens and pillows, super clean and stylishly decorated. The full-size bunk beds are roomy and comfortable.
