Bakü’deki konaklamamız boyunca ev sahibimiz her anlamda harikaydı. Daha ilk andan itibaren iletişimi son derece hızlı ve nazikti. Eve vardığımızda her şey tertemiz, düzenli ve tam da ilan edildiği gibiydi. Küçük ama düşünceli detaylarla kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Hem konum açısından çok merkeziydi hem de çevresi oldukça güvenli ve sakindi. Şehri keşfetmemiz için verdiği öneriler de çok işimize yaradı. Böyle ilgili ve misafirperver bir ev sahibinden konaklama deneyimi yaşamak gerçekten büyük şanstı. Gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederiz!

Our first trip to Baku and first Airbnb experience couldn't have been better. Nargiz's apartment was even more beautiful than the photos—spotless, cozy, and well-equipped. The location was perfect, within walking distance to Nizami Street, the Old City, and other attractions. Nargiz was an outstanding host, always kind and responsive. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Baku; we’d choose this apartment over and over again million times.

Квартира светлая,чистая,с всеми необходимыми вещами.Комплекс тоже совсем новый,с магазинами,рестораном,кафе.Можно пешком спускаться до бульвара и до Ичери шехер.И ещё тихо и свежий воздух,т.к квартира расположена выше шумных дорог и кипящего города.Диана отвечала всегда сразу и детально объясняла всё. Спасибо!

My original flight to Baku was canceled due to regional airspace closures, so I canceled my non-refundable Airbnb booking. Days later, I rebooked with another airline and reached out again, expecting nothing. To my shock, they welcomed me back warmly. Even though my apartment was taken, they arranged another luxury unit for free, just to help me. No extra charges, no blame — just real kindness. Nazrin was absolutely incredible — thoughtful, generous, and always one step ahead. She made everything easy and stress-free, and even let me check out late with no rush. They didn’t treat me like a guest; they treated me like family. The apartment was spotless, the balcony large and peaceful, and the location unbeatable — right in the center of everything. I walked to cafes, parks, and major spots without ever needing a taxi. I’ll always remember this.

I had a wonderful 3-night stay in this apartment. The sea view is beautiful, the location is perfect, and everything was very clean with stylish, new furniture. I loved the parking spot right at the entrance. Big thanks to Dr. Nigar for her elegant taste and warm hospitality — this place feels like home every time I come to Baku.

We really enjoyed staying at this Airbnb! The place was actually much bigger than I expected, everything was functioning, very well equipped with linens, toiletries and cooking pots and pans. The location was actually great, so close to restaurants and shops, the boulevard and the old city, we could walk everywhere. However, at night, it was one of the loudest neighborhoods we’ve stayed in. We felt very comfortable there and felt like it was a private place even thought it’s in an apartment building. We liked it! And would definitely recommend if you’re staying in Baku and want to be able to do everything this awesome city has to offer. Also the host was very responsive and accommodating. We had a really great guest-host experience.

Very nice, clean apartment in the middle of the old town of Baku. Everything within walking distance. Everything you need is available in the apartment. Can recommend it!

This is a great apartment in a central location with amazing views of the city. While the apartment is centrally located, it is on the 10th floor, so you won't hear much of a street noise. The apartment was clean and well equipped, just like it looks on the photos. The electrical outlets work with both European and North American plugs, so no need to bring adapters for your mobile devices. The south-facing balcony provides spectacular views of the city and the harbor. This place is 5 minute walk to the old city and fountain squire, so you are right at the heart of the city with many restaurants, cafes, parks, and other attractions. There is a little convenience store (market) at the ground floor of the same building (on the other side) that also has a fruits and vegetables stand. Sevinj was a great, attentive host, and provided clear instructions for entering and using the apartment. Will stay here again.

Elmin çok nazik ve ilgili bir ev sahibi. Giriş çıkışta hiç bir problem yaşamadık. Bize her konuda destek oldu. evin konumu güzel taksi ile ulaşım kolaylığı var.

Orkhan was a great host and very helpful. The apartment is close to the subway and many groceries. The living room is huge. It’s also within walking distance to the Heydar Aliyev Center. The building is a bit old, but okay for a short stay. Overall recommend.

الموقع مميز جدا قريب جدآ من كل شي المركز والبحر والمطاعم والتسوق . الشقه في الطابق الخامس ولاكن يوجد مصعد قديم ولاكن يعمل بشكل جيد. مدخل الشقه قديم ولاكن الشقه نظيفة ومجدده بالكامل.

Aydan’s apartment is right next to the action. The location is idillic with lots of amazing restaurants nearby and a few steps away from the old city. Do note that there are a few steps to go up and it may be tricky to stop for long in the avenue in front of the entrance. The bathroom and kitchen are very small however the listing is open and honest about it, and the room is super comfy. Moreover, Aydan was very helpful and responsive! I definitely recommend it and would stay again there.

I was very impressed with the location. It is easy to find and, depending on traffic, only 30-45 minutes from the airport. The host is very friendly, easy to communicate with, and helpful. He helped me manage a very early morning flight. The location is perfect. It is within walking distance to the center of Baku and is ideal for public transportation. The apartment is clean and comfortable. I highly recommend it if you spend time in Baku.

В ней приятно находиться, всё продумано до мелочей. Хозяевам можно полностью доверять — они быстро откликались и помогали с любыми вопросами, шли нам навстречу и сделали всё, чтобы наше пребывание прошло комфортно. Большое спасибо за гостеприимство!

The place was the same as described, there were couple of shortcomings in the second unit I stayed but host tried to solve the issue as soon as possible. Overall recommend this place.

Ich hatte einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Gute KOntakt mit Fuad, so dass man einfach zur Wohnung finden konnte. Vor Ort war dann alles wie auf den Foto und beschrieben. Ganz unkomplizierter Check-Out! Gerne wieder!

I stayed in this apartment for 18 days. The apartment was clean and has everything for staying. Location is great, close to everything - old city, Fountain Square, museums, restaurants, etc. The host is a responsive young man, responded to any request quickly. I recommend this apartment for long or short stay.

Very nice and cozy house. Awesome location, right under the building there is a big supermarket, many coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Also thanks to Ulvi for quick answers

I stayed at Jamal's place during the UNFCCC COP29 period. All the hotels were at exorbitant prices and then I found Jamal's place. It is centrally located and walkable to busses and metro. It was a perfect stay. He has kept a loads of linen for my two week stay. It's a nice neighbourhood with a convenient store on the ground floor. Moreover, his communications were so effective and fast. He ensured that I reach the place without any hassle. Everything was ready for me to check in. The kitchen and the bathroom is with all the required amenities. Check-in times were so flexible. It is highly recommended place if you visit Baku. You can read to any location easily from here. Security of the place is very high too. Keep up the good work Jamal and I am sure the visitors will love your hospitality and the place.
