The Villa was well cleaned and maintained. Our stay was ok, money spent is worth it

Nigel is an excellent host. Very responsive, condition of the Penthouse is exactly as described. I will be a repeat occupant of this place. Location hands down you just can’t do better.

Even with the small mishaps it was still a gret stay for us especially since we were able to bring 4 puppies with us.

Like any other houses we booked here at La Serrano, we’re happy with the sleeping capacity and the beds are really comfy. There are rooms for improvement, like the fridge in the kitchen. We booked two houses today and the other house has fully functional fride. This was our 3rd booking at La Serrano, but first time using this unit.

It was our first time in bataan and mostly there are no hotels near the port and I found this listing which was perfect for our family. 3 bedrooms with ac, a kitchen where we can cook freely, and an outdoor seating to cool down the night. Feels like home because it was almost complete (except groceries) which was very convenient for us with a baby. The parking was perfect also for our car.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and accommodating from start to finish. The location was convenient and peaceful—perfect for a relaxing trip to Subic. We truly felt at home and would definitely love to stay here again in the future. Highly recommended!

It was more than expected. Perfect place to unwind and relax. The receptionist is very accommodating and responsive. Great deal. Well recommended.

SRob and Ceciles place was immaculate! Has everything we needed and more for a night stay! The hosts was so accommodating to our needs and even arranged someone to drop us off to the airport and make sure the restaurant next door to the house was waiting for us . Couldn't ask for a nicer place to feel at home While on vacation. The communication is just like a family member and always bending over backwards to help and get things done. The hot shower was a great thing after a long tiring day and made fir wonderful evenings at home. You won't find a better more friendly accommodation than at Rich & Cherry's apartments. 5 star all the way!!

beautiful place for a peaceful and quiet getaway

We had a great time at this house. The house definitely accommodated all of our needs and Rhoda the caretaker was always quick to help out when we needed anything. The only things to note are that there were a lot of Mosquitos around in December (but they had a zapper inside and some portable zappers for use as well) along with a fire ant colony near the pool that definitely did some damage to our feet one evening... There was also an odd smell of sewage about the place that wouldn't go away... Overall, we really enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the ability to come back and relax by the pool at the end of the day. Patricia and Rhoda were excellent hosts and we really appreciated their hospitality!

Super ganda po ng place, and pinayagan po kame mag early check-in. Family Friendly yung place, super na enjoy po namin. Yung sa room 2 nga lang po, medyo nahirapan po kame kase nag le-leak po yung gas. Amoy na Amoy po sa buong kwarto, nakakatakot po mag luto. All in all okay naman po sya na solo namin yung pool and ang ganda po ng beach ❤️. Nahirapan lang din po kame sa daan since makipot at lubak yung road, pero the best yung place ❤️

anthony was always reaching out proactively. feet on the ground responded right away to every question or concern. the accommodations at la grande are first class. i would definitely stay there again in the future
