In the vicinity of the Káli Basin, in the Nivegy Valley, in Szentjakabfa, we offer a guesthouse for rent, which was completed in 2021. The Kemencés House is located in the Almond Garden in Szentjakabfa, where 2 more guesthouses welcome guests. The house has its own garden, terraces and a barbecue oven. The guest house also has a covered parking space. A 15x4.5 meter saltwater pool is also available for guests of the Almond Garden. The Almond Garden is recommended for those who love peace and quiet.

The ruins of a 200-year-old barn accommodate the garden dining and lounge area. Our holiday house was built in 2022 in Zamardi, 150 meters from the shore of Lake Balaton. The 180-square-meter house on two floors, with 8 seats, all luxury needs, 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious kitchen and dining room, a large living room and a 40-square-meter covered terrace. The house is equipped with ceiling and floor heating, which provides a stable, steady temperature in all rooms. In the great summer heat, a pool awaits those who want to cool off.
