The bus line runs up First Ave for easy access to Downtown and Uptown. Near trolley and train station. We are within 10 minutes to the San Diego International Airport and a quick Uber ride to Downtown, Little Italy. Walk to the heart of Hillcrest, Balboa Park and the Zoo. Be at the beach in less then 15 minutes. Central location near the I-5, I-163 & I-8. Because of the hardwood floors, you will hear the footsteps above. The kitchen is well stocked if your a cook and we have an area where you can set up your laptop. wireless available and 3 smart TV's for your enjoyment. Small market less than 1 block away.

Interior is completely renovated with all new appliances, newly remodeled kitchen, Smart TV, Keurig Coffee maker (with pods), a portable air conditioning unit for the bedroom and a full size pullout mattress! This 2nd floor retreat sits in a prime location of Hillcrest, a highly desirable area in San Diego. It is very bright, quiet, and private and sits directly behind our house(pictured) with no common walls. You are within walking distance to "The Heart of Hillcrest" where you will discover many fabulous restaurants, coffee and boutique shops, and so much more.
