Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Balchik

Vitali's apartment and hospitality made our first visit to Golden Sands, Bulgaria an unforgettable experience. He went above and beyond in order to make sure we had everything we needed and to make sure all of our questions were answered. Seeing and enjoying the perfection of the apartment and the view was unlike any other experience we have ever had. The grounds of La Mer Apartments and the perfect private beach added to the coziness of the apartment and made our vacation even more special and memorable. I would recommend Vitali as a host and this apartment as my first choice everytime, and I can't wait to come back!

The house ist very nice, very good equipment. We felt like home. The communication with Violeta was very easy und uncomplicated. We liked the private feeling and enjoyed our stay in this area.

Absolutely amazing! The house is like something out of a magazine - new, large, modern, and the view - wow. There's no better feeling than waking up to this view or ending every day with it. The six bedrooms were great, the heated pool + jacuzzi - warm and pleasant and not very deep. We were 10 adults and 3 small children and there was something for everyone - a corner for reading in the shade, a corner for sunbathing, a place for hanging bathing suits, a beautiful and huge wooden table outside and inside. There was a grill outside that worked perfectly and although the table was less than a meter away from it - it didn't smell or smoke at all. The kitchen was large and comfortable with a large refrigerator and an additional smaller one for wine. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. There are plenty of parking spaces, upstairs and downstairs. Although we were noisy, no one made a problem and the children could shout at will :). It's obvious that the whole house is made and maintained with taste. The communication was also great, very nice and responsible people! Thank you!

The house was exactly as described, in a well maintained private complex. The house is spacious and well equipped, we had everything we needed . The pool was very clean, the kids loved it. The closest beach is quite small, but there is a bigger one within less than 10 minutes walking distance. It’s much quieter area than the big resorts, exactly what we were looking for. Danail was very helpful, he gave us lots of infos and tips, where to go, and what to visit. Thanks for everything.

We had a great stay for the New Year’s Eve for a group of ten people. The place is very clean, looks exactly like the photos and is well equipped. The guest is very responsive and also very helpful. We would totally recommend it 10/10 ⭐️

Great and very welcoming host. The house has a very cozy garden and all necessary amenities, it's close to a grocery store, restaurants and also just around 1km away from an amazing beach. Will definitely visit again

Just a great place. It’s just like the pictures, very comfortable, definitely not tight. The host it’s sooo nice, very communicative, respond every time when I reach him. Very very nice place, it’s one of my top list!

Super quiet place, with great common areas. We were very comfortable. the room is very spacious with terraces. Goshia is an incredible person with a very nice conversation and has indicated the places to visit, where to eat in the surroundings. A place to spend some wonderful days.

We were a group of 14 friends and spent a week there on vacation! The accommodation or the facility was great and we had a great time. Our host Constantin was always available and helpful and regularly checked the pool and the complex in general. Everything was clean, we even got new towels and the pool/whirlpool was clean! There were even two refrigerators, an ice cube maker and two hotplates, which is great for a large group. You have a great view of the sea and a small shop was within walking distance, which had basic groceries and a taxi service. We enjoyed our stay very much.😊

We had a fantastic stay at Ilian's place. Communication from Ilian was incredibly quick and easy and the property was exactly as described. The decor was very trendy and the place was spacious and very clean. The pool and hot tub were great and the peaceful location meant that it was very quiet and relaxing. We'd definitely recommend staying here and can't wait to come back!

The views were amazing and we enjoyed our time. The house is beautifully decorated and designed - it is gorgeous and a jewel. We enjoyed the deck on the 3rd floor. So private and enjoyable. Also the terrace and the view from there is amazing and the design is so thoughtful! You just should plan to bring a couple of things extra that I was used to find at the Airbnb - like dishwasher tablets, dish soap, spices, trash bags, … No problem if you know to bring. We had some people partying in front of of the house in the middle of the night so we needed to close the windows. Great spot, I understand.

Nice and big place for a group of friends. You have anything you would want from an airbnb. AC, 2 fridges, fully equipped kitchen, barbecue, lots of space to hang around. Very private. We even listened to loud music outside because there was no one we could bother. Be careful how you get there, waze and maps will try to route you on some narrow, dead-end and bad streets. The place is just off the main road, easy to find, but the navigation apps gave us headaches. I would recommend to visit in the summer so you can enjoy the pool, but even in cold weather you can enjoy the house.

This house is really beautiful! Very modern, stylish, large and with many amenities, the pool and garden are very inviting. Ilian is a great host and always responded quickly to inquiries. We felt very comfortable in the house and can recommend it without reservation.
