Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Balçova

I really enjoyed staying here. The rooftop patio was marvelous. It was a little further from the town center than I expected, but we had nice walks to the boardwalk and to coffee. The unit is compact but well-appointed; we cooked a simple dinner and did our laundry. Best the best feature is the double-deck roof patio. Watching the sun set as we enjoyed the cool of the day was a treat!

Ev gerçekten çok tatlıydı, her şey özenle düşünülmüş. Temizdi, merkezi konumu sayesinde her yere kolayca ulaştık. Evde ihtiyacımız olan tüm araç-gereçler mevcuttu, hamam da ayrı bir keyif kattı. Ev sahibi çok tatlı, ilgili ve anlayışlıydı. Ayrıca Latte isimli sevecen köpekleriyle tanışmak da çok hoştu! Tek küçük dezavantaj, merkezi konumdan dolayı park yeri bulmak biraz zor olabiliyor — bunu bilerek gelmekte fayda var. Onun dışında her şey çok güzeldi, gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederiz! her şey için teşekkür ederiz mutlaka tekrar tercih edeceğiz🌸🌸

The flat is in a great location - historic and peaceful, and close to many attractions. The flat itself is comfortable and had everything we needed. We only stayed for one night but were made to feel at home by the amazing hosts who were so kind and helpful. Her şey için teşekkürler, yine sizle kalmak isteriz :)

The apartment was located in the old neighborhood of Izmir. It was very quiet and spacious. The apartment has two floors plus a roof top access to view the sunset, cruise ship etc. It was walking distance to the taxi stand , close to the train station and broad walk where the locals go fishing, jogging, ride etc. Just a reminder you will walk some steep hills to get to and from the train station. We were received and greeted by his assistant Mr. Nihat. He was very humble, useful and delighted to welcome us to Izmir. I would highly recommend.

Mehmet is a great host and his place has a great location. Walking distance to local atraccions, waterfront boulevard and good restaurants with delicious local food. We tried several of them and food was good. Close to major highways that go in every direction for places you want to visit. We rented a car and did the 7 churches of Revelation tour and Pamukkale to see the thermal waters. Mehmet kindly saved a parking space for us in front of the house. I recommend this place if you want to tour the area.

Lugar perfeito define! Me senti em casa. Da roupa de cama aos utensílios de cozinha, tudo pensado para uma verdadeira moradia. O proprietário é tão gentil que comprou um item de cozinha para me atender. Além disso me prestaram auxílio em momentos que precisei. A vista é de série turca! Casa muito limpa. Aliás parabéns para a limpeza da Leyla, um amor de pessoa, me acolheu tanto! Obrigada! Podem reservar com paz no coração! Melhor experiência que tive em Airbnb

Gurcan is a good host. The apartment had everything you need: iron, hairdryer, microwave etc. He was always in touch and responded quickly for messages. Gurcan met us at the bus station. Thanks for the hospitality!

WOWWWWWWW… I absolutely loved this beautiful space! This place is a slice of heaven in Izmir with a wonderful host to match! The view is absolutely amazing and sunset is pristine from there! The place itself is very spacious and comfortable with everything you need for a lovely stay! The air conditioning worked perfectly. Bed and all other interior furniture was very comfortable :) The location is perfect! Close enough the all the main areas and yet out of the crazy bustle and noise. Good options for food, bars, grocery stores and cafes within 5min walking. And public transport (tram and metro) within 6min walking! I absolutely love my stay here and would highly recommend to others!

Uğur und Aytekin waren tolle und sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Auf Anfrage haben sie uns sogar erlaubt eine kleine Feier in der Wohnung zu machen. Obwohl am Ende etwas mehr Gäste als geplant kamen, waren sie uns nicht böse. Sie waren zudem immer gut erreichbar bei Fragen oder Problemen. Die Wohnung war schön, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Ich kann sie daher nur wärmstens empfehlen.

We had a wonderful stay as a family of six, including four young kids. The unit was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for family needs. The space was thoughtfully arranged, making it easy for us to settle in and feel at home, even with a large group. The host was friendly, responsive, and accommodating from check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and hassle-free. We especially appreciated the little touches that made traveling with kids easier, such as ample bedding, kitchen essentials, and a cozy environment. Overall, we’re grateful for the hospitality and would happily return. Highly recommended for families looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay!

Le logement est très agréable, fidèle au photos, très bien placé et Metin c’est rendu très disponible. Après un oublie de passeport, Metin a tout fait pour arranger la situation, c’est un hôte exceptionnel ! Je recommande les yeux fermés !

Nous avons eu un excellent accueil, la maman d'Ertan est une très belle personne, elle nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse et elle nous a très bien renseigné. Le logement est vraiment super et très agréable à vivre. Merci beaucoup et si nous revenons à Izmir, nous reviendrons chez Ertan 😊👍

Rüya gibiydi… Fotoğrafların çok ötesinde huzurlu bir ortamdı. Evin her detayı ayrı güzeldi ve bulunduğumuz süre boyunca bize kendimizi özel hissettirdi. Aşırı merkezi olması hem siparişlerin çok hızlı gelmesi konusunda avantajdı hem de her yere yürüme mesafesi olması bizi zaman konusunda rahatlattı. Daire çok işlek barların olması nedeniyle ses konusunda bizi endişelendirmişti ama değil dairenin içinde, balkonda dahi sesler gelmiyordu. Gürültü 0 a yakındı. Klima yaz aylarında çok önemli bi detay ama arka odalardaki camları açınca evde klimaya gerek bile kalmıyor. Her şeyiyle kusursuzdu. Binaya girişin kolaylığı, dairede ihtiyacınız olan her eşyanın olması müthiş rahatlıktı.Tekrar deneyimlemek için can atıyoruz. Günay Bey ise hiçbir zaman sorun yaşamadığım en iletişimi kolay ve sorunsuz deneyim yaşamamıza yardımcı olan bir beyfendi. Her zaman sabırla yardımcı oldu, ne ev sahipleri biliyoruz malum.. o yüzden ayrıca ve çokça teşekkürlerimizi borç biliriz. İyi günlerde görüşmek dileğiyle!

evin gün batımı manzarası o kadar güzeldi ki gün batımını kaçırmamak için eve etken dönmeye çalışıyordum. muhit sakin ve güvenli. kendinize ait banyo tuvalet ve salonunuz olması ekstra güzel. hiçbir sıkıntı yaşamadım ve çok memnun kaldım.

Ein sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Die Wohnung war klein aber fein. Völlig ausreichend für zwei Personen. Hat alles was man für den Alltag braucht. Zudem war sie sehr sauber. Als Bonus hat man noch die Aussicht.

Very nice, spacious, well decorated apartment; walkable to everything; tons of restaurants nearby. Nice promenade to stroll in the beautiful summer evenings. Taxi stand across the street. Very helpful host, quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Highly recommend!

Ik verbleef recentelijk in het appartement van Özerk en was zeer tevreden. Het appartement is ideaal gelegen in een rustige buurt maar dichtbij bezienswaardigheden en openbaar vervoer. Het is ruim, schoon, modern ingericht en volledig uitgerust. Özerk was een geweldige gastheer, zeer communicatief en behulpzaam, en zorgde ervoor dat we ons thuis voelden. Extra voorzieningen zoals snelle WiFi, een smart-tv en basisbenodigdheden maakten het verblijf nog aangenamer. De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding was uitstekend. Ik kan Özerk's appartement sterk aanbevelen en zal hier zeker weer verblijven bij een volgend bezoek.

Evin konumu gayet iyi. Metroya ve marketlere yakın. Muhit olarak da sakin ve rahat. Ev içerisinde de her imkan yeterince var.
