The home is on a beautifully maintained lot with an amazing view of the lake and a dock to sit on or pull your boat up to. We enjoyed the views from the house, the dock and the pool! Everything was in prestige condition. Eileen was a wonderful host with clear communication.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is absolutely beautiful and relaxing. Spending time in, next to, or on the lake was our favorite activity. Our host was very kind and respectful. Communication was very prompt between us and she was quick to address any concerns we encountered. I highly recommend staying here to anyone considering a much needed getaway.

Amazing home right on the lake! My family of five, including 3 teenagers, thoroughly enjoyed staying on the lake. The home was spacious enough for everyone to have their own space. The open layout provided a great gathering place for us to wind down at the end of each day. The pool area was a nice place to relax on the 85 degree days. My youngest son spent everyday fishing off the dock and loved every minute. There were a couple of nice golf courses in the area that we visited as well. The home and area make for a great area to enjoy the outdoors! There is a Walmart super store only 15-20 mins away so everything you forgot is available nearby.

Comfortable house in a great location! Plenty of parking, nice outdoor spaces, and very responsive hosts. The beds were very comfortable.

Tom is a wonderful host, and the place is clean. Easy to access with lockbox. Rooms are as described, and fresh linens were provided. Everything was in working order. Beds were comfortable. Welcome packet and check out instructions was thorough and helpful. Guests need to ignore the surrounding area, on the way to the duplex. Once we were inside, the place is secure and just as described. It is sparsely decorated (bare), so could use a little more warmth/coziness (which would also help absorb sound from living room into bedrooms)- but totally fine and understandable as a rental. Perfect for what we needed - just a place to sleep - we socialized elsewhere all weekend. Thank you for a nice visit to Milledgeville!

I recommend the place, very clean and quiet

The place is beautiful, my family and I really enjoyed all the games, the canoes, and the aquatic manta ray. It is a part of the lake that you can cross on foot, and the best of all is that it is very safe because the boats do not pass at great speed. I highly recommend it.

We recently stayed at this house as part of college orientation, as well as, a short vacation and could have not been happier with our choice. The house while small feels very spacious with all the different places to hang out. The views are stunning as the house looks right out on the water. There were lots of floats available for everyone in the family to use. It was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. Every detail matched the listing, and it exceeded our expectations. The host was communicative and made the entire experience seamless. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway, and we’re already looking forward to returning in the future. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful stay!

We only stayed one night, but beds were comfortable, super clean and well stocked kitchen. We even had a deer visit early this morning. Beautiful place

We booked this after our usual place canceled on us two months before our daughter’s graduation. So we were panicking to find a place that was available graduation weekend on such short notice. This house met all of our needs. Although it poured all weekend long, it was a nice little place on the lake.

Beautiful home & property. It is spacious and comfortable. We loved the private dock and really loved that half of the dock is covered with fans! We gathered for a family reunion of 10 people, from toddler to seniors. Everything was as described in listing. Here are a few things that we found unique and may be useful to others -- - Easy access to dock & firepit via gravel path. It is a gentle slope all the way to the dock. (With seniors and my recently broken leg, this was REALLY nice.) - Very nice, large, screened-in porch extended outdoor living. Great spot to watch the passing thunderstorm. Some watched the outdoor TV, while others played games on the dining table. - Wal-Mart delivers here. If you're anything like us, this is useful for all the little things you forgot or didn't realize you would want. 😊 You can also order food delivery. We truly enjoyed the house and the amazing property. After 4 days, everyone was sad to leave!

Beautiful, clean home made it very comfortable for our family! Unfortunately, the rainy weather did not allow us to enjoy the lake, but the solarium gave us space to spread out and play games inside. Host was very responsive and friendly!

This property exceeded expectations! Beautiful property, sooo much space! Old style charm with modern comforts. And very good for family pics!
