Holiday rentals with lake access in Balkan Mountains

The hosts were very friendly and helpful. They responded immediately to what was asked. The house was just like in the photos and ideal for different families as the rooms have a bathroom each individually. It has a large yard where young children can play.

I had a great week stay here. The wifi was great for working, never had issues. Lots of grocery stores, restaurants, bakeries and Cafés nearby. The apartment was spacious and had all I needed. It was a bit far out from the city center on foot, (when it rained)about 45 min. There was a few bus stops nearby but the Ubers were super cheap I used that whenever I wanted to get somewhere quickly.

An absolutely magical place! The lake house is amazing, has everything available and even more due to the great hosting provided. Would have never thought that modern amenities can be so seamlessly found in a little house in the woods (walking distance to the lake). Such a peaceful and restful time spent here. Our stay in Tzevit’s apartment was great, and included the personal touches often lacking in Airbnb’s. Tzevit picked us up at the bus station and dropped us back again. There was fruit waiting for us in the apartment, and the family shared some home baked treats with us. We really liked the location in the old town - everything was a walkable distance, it wasn’t too close to nightlife areas so not noisy.

We arrived late and Bogdan helped us when we asked if he could provide some groceries for us! We also were a little late to leave (jet lag) and he was friendly, considering our over-stay. Thank you so much!

I had a good stay overall! The house is nice, clean, and well-equipped — especially great for cooking and relaxing. However, it's a bit far from the city center, so it might not be ideal if you plan to go there often or don’t have a car. Additionally, the bed is a pull-out couch, so it's not the most comfortable for extended stays. Still, a pleasant place if you're looking for a quiet spot with everything you need.

We lived in this apartment for a few days. We arrived easy , the apartment was as described, very clean, well divided and equipped. The balcony has an extraordinary view, you can see the city, it is quiet . Access to transportation, nearby shops, restaurants , free parking.. Lastly, Elton was extremely prompt, responded immediately to our requests. I recommend , for those who need it. They will have a very good time.

Great place to stay! The apartment was cozy and had a beautiful view. The pool was clean and well maintained, and the sea was just a few minutes’ walk away. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back!

Wonderful place! Nature is stunning, extremely peaceful and relaxing. Velislava is an amazing host very kind and friendly. The house is clean, comfortable for a family and stocked with everything you need for a wonderful stay. There is a fishpond a few minutes drive away, in which for just 5lv. fishing can be enjoyed a full day of fishing in wonderful nature. Ashepelina is a slice of paradise worth a visit. Thank you Velislava for everything!

Simply…WOW! Such a wonderful place! For the road to get to the village (stunning mountain scenery), to the accommodation (top 3 “feels like home” places you’ll ever be), the peaceful vibes and the always smiling, there to help host! For sure its a pin you should have on your map and check it at least once. We, for sure are gonna go back! 🙌🙌🙌

Accommodation surrounded by nature, quiet and peaceful, and with all the necessary amenities. The place is beautiful with the snow.. The road to the village was redone, there was snow but no problem getting around. The host was super responsive and gave good advice. Very happy with our stay.
