Cottage holiday rentals in Ballintoy

We had a beautiful stay at Seaview Cottage. Niall was there to greet us on arrival and show us around. The attention to detail and little touches made us feel so welcome along with the friendly host and unbelievable views made for a peaceful and relaxing stay. We highly recommend staying at Niall and Janeen’s cottage, thank you both very much for having us!

The cottage was so charming, cozy and exactly as pictured. The bed was so comfortable I wish I had it at my house! We arrived a little earlier than planned and they worked with us to get us in early! There was a little grocery just down the road that had everything we needed to make a meal. We would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to see the Giants causeway. Extremely convenient!

My sister's and I had a lovely two night stay in Kingarrow Cottage. The cottage was spotless, the beds so comfy and there was everything you need in the kitchen. There was an amazing welcome pack left also. The hot tub was much welcomed and well utilised by us all. Susan was an excellent host. She gave us recommendations on where to eat and where the best pubs are. Hennesseys was our choice and we had a brilliant night there. I would highly recommend a stay in Kingarrow cottage. Carolyn was there to welcome us to her beautiful cottage. It had all the character of the old buildings and country side. Hot tub was class and the cottage itself was clean and had everything we needed. Carolyn could not have been more friendly or helpful. We had the best time at her place and would definitely return!

We had the perfect getaway with friends in this beautiful house by the sea. We were 4 adults and 3 young children and there was plenty of space for us all. There are lots of stairs which were difficult at times for the younger ones. But that didn’t take away from our stay. We got the hot tub which we thoroughly enjoyed once the kids were in bed. Would definitely recommend.

If our family could give Alan's place more than 5 stars we would! My younger son says 20 stars! Everything about this place was amazing and Alan thought of everything. It was clean, he left lots of goodies and toiletries to use. We were pleasantly surprised that the double bed in the main bedroom , although listed as a double, is actually what Americans call a queen. We absolutely loved the history of the cottage and the Byrne just outside (it was so nice to hear it bubbling by the window). Alan really goes the extra mile to make you feel at home. If we are ever back in Ireland I am sure we will make a point of lodging here again.

Comfortable cottage in stunning location with amazing views. Peaceful location whilst being walking distance from welcoming pub with good food, the harbour area at Balintoy and the rope bridge. Thank you for a fantastic few days!

What a fabulous house! So peaceful and plenty of room. Very well equipped and Jeremy and Jan were very good about keeping in touch and checking if you needed anything. The house was beautifully furnished and had everything that you could need. Very pretty front garden and the views were amazing. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

It was a very nice place with a great central location for travelling to various points of interest, making our trip much more enjoyable. The cottage was well appointed, with as described facilities, so there were no bathroom queues in the morning! Heating was easy to use, with intuitive controls (there was a fire too, but we were out most of the day, so decided to play it safe). WiFi was great too. We would love to return to this lovely place in the future.

The cottage is spacious but retains its old style. The kitchen is well equipped, instructions were easy to follow. The property including the gardens are beautiful and well maintained. Ideally situated for all the tourist spots and amenities. My 3 dogs were with me, quite safe for them. They loved the garden and splashing about in the river. I would highly recommend this property, I hope to be back later in the year.

Fantastic base to visit and see lots of places. Lovely location, beautiful surroundings. Nice and clean, beds were great and we all had our own en-suite.

Peters Place was wonderful, private. loved being on the farm with the animals. the surrounding area it was all perfect. Lots of area to walk and wonder. Peter offered great suggestions on things to do in the area. Would definitely stay here again.

Isabella is a very good host and spends time telling you about the cottage and the sorrounding area. The cottage is set in a peaceful area with plenty of parking .Farm animals can be seen in the nearby fields with hens around the garden. The cottage is very well furnished with plenty of bed clothes and towels.The kitchen has everthing you need with coffee tea milk butter etc provided. I would recommend the cottage for a peaceful getaway.

We had a really enjoyable stay, the property is clean and spacious and was well equipped. It’s a peaceful property close to the river. Reasonable distance to the Giant’s Causeway & Bushmills, & lovely beach at Downhill.

We had a wonderful stay at Ivy Cottage, great location, fantastic host, had everything we needed and was very clean. Would definitely go back!

Our stay at Helen’s Airbnb was splendid. Her cottage is perfect for a beautiful and peaceful vacation. It is well equipped and maintained so that you don’t have to worry about anything. The location is amazing, close to Ballycastle, many top destinations and beaches. Helen made us feel welcome and was quick to answer any questions that we had. We would love to return to Murlough Cottage in the future.

This home was perfect for our group of seven. A really big space, super clean, and super cozy! The views from the back porch are absolutely stunning! Patricia’s communications were amazing. She was super responsive and provided so much helpful information for us. We found the instruction booklet to be very helpful for our family since we weren’t familiar with some of the home’s features. HIGHLY recommend staying here! We would stay again if visiting Ballycastle. Thanks for an amazing stay, Patricia!

We stayed here while visiting family in the area. It was so nice for us with small kids to have our own base that we could unload everything and come and go from. Eamon and his family were always very friendly and chatty when you'd meet them in the driveway. They went above and beyond making sure the place was stocked with all the essentials you might need. Place was clean, warm, private, great location, close to playground/town and has plenty of off road parking.

Kathleen’s place is beautiful and spacious. Plenty of room for our family group of 5. The house is tastefully decorated and has all the amenities you will ever need. Spacious kitchen. We spent a lot of time at the harbor, which was amazing. Easy drive to Giants causeway, rope bridge and Bushmills. You could easily walk to the rope bridge. Lovely outdoor space, with views of green fields and sheep. Kathleen greeted us on arrival and made sure we had everything we needed, including homemade scones! Highly recommend!

We spent five fabulous days at Ballyboe. The house is a wonderful place to relax after a day out in the wild Donegal landscape. You'll find everything you need and more. Tony's bread is to die for! And if you struggle with low pressure in the shower: here is the place to wash your long hair 👩🏼‍🦰! Although the landscape is breathtaking don't miss a trip to Derry and attend a tour through the Bogside. The chowder in Nancy's Barn is a must, too, if you are into fish. And don't miss the Curiosity Shop close to Malin Head and the Glendowen Craft Shop!

Nicola was our favorite host. She left us some amazing goodies including some farm fresh eggs! She also had ice! That was hard to come by in our other air bnb’s. Us Americans appreciated it so much! Super cute and modern cottage. Super clean and organized. I highly recommend this home!!

Colette was a wonderful host, letting me rent her airbnb to get ready for my wedding. The rooms were very spacious and clean, there was plenty of parking for everyone and essentials like milk and butter were there on arrival. Colette was very responsive and checked that everything was okay for us. The grounds were also beautiful making it the perfect location to get ready.
