It is located at the end of the road and therefore there is no car traffic past the cabin! Here you can enjoy the tranquility and the view, with sun from morning to evening🌞 Good opportunities for hiking in the mountains nearby, or try your luck at fishing. Modern rudder boo, new 2018, for rent at Ballstad. View of a large part of the famous Lofotväggen. The mountains with hiking trails right outside the door. The popular Hauklandstranda is about 15 minutes from the rudder arch. Playing city, airport and the short distance freeway to the rudder arch. If you want to try your luck in the fishing Vestfjorden, rental of a boat is possible. In the months Jan-April the famous Lofotfisket is underway, and you can experience this fishing at Ballstad, which is one of Lofoten's largest and viable fishing weather.

Leknes: central guesthouse in quiet area

Welcome to Vestvågøy in Lofoten, and welcome to be our guest. We rent out a charming and practical guesthouse, located in our back yard. Our guesthouse has one bedroom, and there is a sleeping sofa in the living room. The guesthouse has a nice, big living room, a simple kitchen area (with a refrigerator, small cooking oven, microwave and a sink, and the equipment that is needed for simple cooking), a bathroom with toilet and shower, and a storage room. There is also a washing machine available.

The property is in quiet neighbourhood of Gravdal centre, with an ocean view of Buksnesfjorden and the surrounding mountains and a 300m walk to supermarket, café, busstops, hospital and several hiking trails. It’s a great location to explore the Lofoten islands as it’s not too far to go either way.

Nice cabin located on Ure on the inside side in the middle of Lofoten, great nature and short way to Leknes which is a trading place. 10 km. Boat rental 200 meters from the house. From 20/5 - 2/9. 18 foot Hansvik with 30 hp honda engine. Echo sounder and chart plotter in a boat. Life jackets are provided. NOK 600 per day. See pictures. Great space with a skerry coast outside. 1 hour drive west to Å in Lofoten and 1 hour east to Svolvær.

Nice fireplace in the livingroom on the second floor.

Cozy Original Rorbu with sauna and hot tub

One of the very few original fishermen's cabins still around. It is more than 150 years old, but has been re-done and is in very good condition. The timber walls offers genuine ambience, yet the cabin also offers conveniences such as a sauna, bathroom and modern kitchen. The rorbu is most suitable for a couple or a family with 2 children.
