LJ was a fantastic host and the place was great!

Fantastic space for a large group. We had 10 people for a New Year’s Eve ski weekend, and this was the ideal spot for it. Hot tub was a great treat. Be warned - the floors are squeaky, so if you’re a light sleeper in a large group bring ear plugs.

A great spot and close to track and downtown Saratoga Springs. Very comfy and spacious for a group up to 8. Some cute items Star Wars decor.

As soon as you enter the home, you feel that the home is filled with warmth and love. The cozy ambiance excudes throughout the house, into the garden with the spa and firepit. It's a very relaxing garden. A shed is built around the hot tub allowing for both privacy and a sauna feel on a cold night. The location is minutes to downtown, which is a beautiful walk. Michael was wonderful to work with -very responsive. Such a beautiful, serene area -thank you for the generous hospitality!

My family and I had a wonderful time! Larry is very sweet, gave us a tour, offered to help with docking our boat and even offered my husband the tools to fix the bunk on our trailer. The house is big and beautiful!! Very clean, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need!! The hot tub is definitely a bonus as we used it everyday!! The dock was perfect, we had room for our pontoon boat and jet skis. All around the perfect place for some R&R!!! My family and I love Cossayuna Lake as we are semi local and it was our first experience with an Airbnb. Thank you Larry for sharing your home!! Highly recommend this for your next vacation!!

Recently wrapped up a stay & could not have had a better experience! Everything was in well order, Charles was a responsive & active host, and I greatly enjoyed the space as well as Saratoga! The location is super close to everything from downtown, to Saratoga Lake, to the racetrack, & the casino! Really appreciated the warm reception, clear instructions, and professionalism! Our stay was great! Host was super responsive and made sure we had what we needed. Loved that there was a bedroom on the first floor and that we were able to bring our dog. Would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved Maple Hill Farms. It's a wonderful place and a perfect choice for a trip to the Berkshires if you're an animal lover. The best part of our weekend was bonding with Philip's sweet and friendly donkeys! The studio is well laid out with everything you need, the farm is beautiful and peaceful (except for the roosters, haha!), and the location is great for visiting local sights like Mass MoCA and The Mount. We hope to be back!

We were extremely pleased with our stay at Roberta’s place. This was our first visit to Saratoga Springs, and we wanted a quiet place that was convenient to downtown and that would allow us to fully experience the community. We felt at home from the moment we walked into the place. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and the apartment was very comfortable. The unit was exactly as described and came with coffee for the coffee maker and even a package of scones for us to enjoy. It was a short walk to the restaurants and shops of downtown, and we felt safe walking at all times. Overall, we highly recommend Roberta’s place. We will definitely stay again the next time that our travels take us to Saratoga Springs.

This beautiful lake house made this day truly special, despite the cloudy and rainy weather. The house’s warm and welcoming atmosphere was therapeutic, and the lake view was simply breathtaking. Everything we needed was within reach, and Nick was incredibly attentive to our every need.

We stayed two nights while visiting friends and attending a concert in the area. The cottage was so much more spacious on the inside than it seemed on the outside. We appreciated that they had both a pack n play and highchair for us to use. It was perfect for two adults and a baby who’s not quite crawling yet, since the stairwell is open. The only thing we struggled with was that the upstairs floor was very creaky so we had to tiptoe so as not wake up our baby once we put her to bed, but it wouldn’t have been a problem if it was just the two of us. We enjoyed our weekend there and would recommend the cottage as a great place to stay in the area!

This is a lovely new home to stay in while visiting Saratoga. We were close to the lake and easy access to Saratoga National Historical Park. We also enjoyed our mornings on the back deck soaking in the quiet back yard and many birds. We visited at the beginning of the summer tourist season (area schools were still in session), so it was understandable that the lake access area was not quite ready for visitors. The house was very comfortable for our family of 6 (and no one had to sleep on a couch!). The master suite is very generous. We would definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area.

Christopher's place was amazing. The property is absolutely amazing, and the view from the window is stunning. The place is very cozy, comfortable, and feels very spacious for the size. There are several cute small towns near by and plenty of places to go for a hike. Christopher was a great host who gave recommendations and always responded to questions. We would 100% recommend!

I booked Devra's place on behalf of my parents. Devra was so accommodating to them! They thoroughly enjoyed their stay. Devra's place is within walking distance of many shops and restaurants.

We had a wonderful & relaxing weekend here with a large group for my sister's lowkey bachelorette party. Even with a day of non-stop pouring rain, we were perfectly content with staying in and enjoying the coziness of the house. We had a blast watching the chickens roam around and hanging out with the overly-friendly barn cats while we sat outside. The goats & pigs were happy to greet us at the fence every time. The hot tub and pool were perfect! Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a beautifully scenic and peaceful getaway. Thanks, Sarah & BBVF team!

We loved staying at this quiet paradise! Aaron was very friendly and hospitable. He has a lovely pool, garden, and fire pit, but nothing was more amazing than the view of the mountains from the backyard!

We had the best time staying here for Memorial Day weekend! There were 6 of us and we had plenty of room. We were able to make a home made meal with all that was provided in the kitchen and we truly felt at home. The steam room in the basement and the large screened in porch were both big hits! We definitely plan on coming back when its warmer so we can utilize the beautiful pool!

Perfect for our family of 6 adults and 2 kids. Andrew & Tracy were fantastic hosts and the home was nice and spacious. A quick drive brought us to downtown Saratoga and the racetracks! We hope to stay again soon.

We had a wonderful stay at Darrel & Sara’s for a long holiday weekend. So nice to have the pool and backyard available on the summer days. And a nice cozy fire pit with chairs and a table and lighting for hanging later at night. Darrel & Sara were open and communicative with us from the start. I have severe cat allergies, but for this trip we were traveling with friends who had a dog. When I inquired ahead of time about the specifics of the kind of pet friendly space I can stay in, I received a thoughtful and understanding response from the hosts. We were attending a couple of shows at SPAC and the proximity to the park was truly a gift.

Great hosts that make you feel right at home. We were greeted with some extra special touches that we were not expecting during our stay, that was very thoughtful. The space is exactly as pictured and very comfortable. We would definitely come back

We had a great visit! The hosts were extremely responsive and even offered early check-in since the house was ready ahead of schedule. The layout was perfect for our group and the kitchen was stocked with all the essentials (and more). The pool was an added bonus and we were able to spend time in the quiet yard. The area was quiet and just a short drive to Broadway, the race track, and other spots in the area. Communication was clear and check-in and check-out were easy. We would recommend this house and hope to stay again next time we’re in town!
