Beachfront holiday rentals in Balluta Bay

We cannot fault our experience with Mark Anthony. He organised a very helpful taxi driver to pick us up from the airport who knew the property location well and came back for us in the middle of the night for our return flight. As for the property it was clean, well maintained and very good value for money considering the great location. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Schon ab der Buchung war die Kommunikation mit Tina hervorragend – schnell, hilfsbereit und mit vielen nützlichen Tipps (z. B. Restaurantliste). Beim Öffnen der Balkontür hat uns der atemberaubende Blick auf Valletta sofort begeistert. Die Lage ist ideal: Fähren und Busse sind direkt gegenüber, Supermarkt, Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe. Vom Balkon hat man einen tollen Blick auf die Promenade von Sliema, und trotzdem ist es in der Wohnung ruhig – die Schlafzimmer liegen nach hinten. Wenn wir wieder nach Malta reisen, würden wir dieses Apartment sofort wieder buchen. Kleiner Hinweis: Für Malta braucht man einen Adapter für britische Steckdosen (Typ G).

A fantastic little apartment a short walk from one of the quietest and prettiest swimming spots you can find around St Julian's. The kitchen is well kitted out and there are lots of basic supplies stocked already, like milk in the fridge and essential stuff for cooking too. Parking out front is easy and only a 5 minute walk to the local grocery store. My partner and I had a lovely stay here, 5 stars.

Appartement très bien situé avec une vue sur le port très agréable. Station familiale loin des touristes. Très propre et extrêmement bien agencé avec tout le nécessaire. Je recommande à 100%. Très réactif le papa !

Bardzo polecamy ten obiekt. Przede wszystkim lokalizacja - 5 min spacerem do portu, z którego odpływają statki do Valletty. Apartament bardzo przestronny, świetnie wyposażony, przytulny i czysty! Wszystko zgodnie z opisem. Właściciele bardzo szybko odpowiadali na nasze pytania, doceniamy to, że mogliśmy wcześniej zostawić bagaże. Na przywitanie dostaliśmy butelkę wina. Dziękujemy!

The house was so beautiful and was easily walkable to some great restaurant and bars. We were able to easily get to Valletta when we wanted, but it was nice to be able to get away for some peace and quiet. The rooftop was our absolute favourite and had stunning sunsets every night. Thank you so much for having us :)

Spacious and modern apartment, within walking distance to all the things to do and see in Valletta. There are a few steps to navigate as you enter the apartment but well communicated in the listing. Really enjoyed the convenience, we stayed for only a short trip but there was a washer included which is perfect for longer trips. Highly recommended!

Loved our stay in Valletta. Robert was very helpful and had left wine, water, fruit, coffee and a few other essentials for our stay as well as arranging our taxi transfers. His communication was second to none. Extra towels were no problem and he had good recommendations for nearby restaurants. The food in Valletta was one of our highlights. The apartment was in an ideal location for exploring Malta. A car is not required as the main bus station is only a few minutes walk away and we got a bus easily to many places. 2 euro each for a single journey anywhere. We didn’t actually spend much time in the apartment as there is so much exploring to do in Malta but it had everything we needed and was very comfortable.

Amazing location , excellent host and great area to stay in. Host was very responsive and always friendly towards the group. Would definitely recommend staying here as it has great views and an ideal location to access the ferry in Sliema

absolutely beautiful apartment that felt like a little oasis! it was very clean and was as described online. the pool was a lovely added bonus and great to cool down in at the end of the day. there were some lovely local bars/restaurants and convenience stores just across the road which was very handy. all the tourist spots we visited were a short and easy Uber away. we would go back in a heart beat!

We had a thoroughly great day in St Pauls Bay at this apartment. It was in a quieter part of town, but walking distance to restaurants and busier areas. The apartment itself is well layout and private. We visited with our two year-old, which was difficult with the marble floors and stairs, but was manageable and would stay again. The air conditioning worked well and there was everything needed for light meals and bonus for a coffee machine. Thanks for a great stay.

We had a brilliant stay the apartment was spacious and comfortable and the view and the patio amazing. We very much enjoyed the area and visiting the local restaurants which are very varied and convenient. The beach below the apartment is rocky but with a lovely clear sea for swimming or there is a sandy beach 10 minutes walk. The only improvement would be a shower over the bath in the main bathroom, not a problem for us but if more people were staying? Our only regret we were not staying longer!

Excellent stay in a great property. Really close to bars restaurants and marina, but really nicely quiet and peaceful at the property. Highly recommend.

L’appartement de Darlene est vraiment idéal pour passer un séjour à saint Paul’s bay. Idéalement situé à 1 minutes à pied de la promenade qui longe la côte . Parfait pour une famille avec des enfants , pour allez aux jeux et à l’aquarium à pied . La piscine de la résidence permet de se rafraîchir par les fortes chaleur . L’appartement est bien agencée et bien équipée . Darlene est très réactive et très arrangeante .

L'appartamento è veramente molto carino, nuovissimo e si sta benissimo! Si trova in una posizione strategica di Sliema con la fermata bus nella strada davanti dove passano molte linee ma rimanendo all'inizio di una stradina laterale è anche molto silenzioso e dal balcone si vede il mare. Abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario per una piccola vacanza rilassante. Pulizia impeccabile. La cucina è enorme e completa di tutto (anche lavastoviglie, microonde e forno che non abbiamo usato perchè non ci servivano) anche se manca qualche pentola per cucinare. Gli spazi sono veramente ampi e confortevoli, così se si viaggia in due si riesce ad avere sempre la propria privacy. L'accesso è con codice da digitare sulla porta d'ingresso il che permette di essere liberi di entrare e uscire anche separatamente ma soprattutto non serve portarsi dietro chiavi. Consiglio di fare una vacanza ospiti di Nasly !

Lisa’s apartment is a hidden gem in bustling Valletta. The apartment comes with modern technology and beautiful panoramic views of the city & the Harbour. Waking up to that view with beautiful sunshine was a real pleasure. Lisa is a great host - quick responses and full of helpful recommendations, including tips for parking. We would definitely love to stay here again. :)

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Aussicht auf Valletta vom Balkon und Wohnzimmer ist traumhaft. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen, mitten in Sliema und nah bei Cafés und Restaurants und nur wenige Meter bis zur Fähre nach Valletta. Die Kommunikation verlief super, wir erhielten viele Tipps zur Umgebung. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt :)

Excelente apartamento, segundo piso con ascensor. Con todas las comodidades, lavadora secadora, muy amplio, bien dotado, pulcro, limpio y organizado. Muy bien decorado y mantenido. El barrio es maravilloso, el edificio está a una línea de la costa, tiene muy cerca supermercado, farmacias y restaurantes. El malecón es perfecto para caminar en cualquier dirección. Funcionan muy bien las plataformas de transporte (bold y Uber). Está a 800 metros de la sitio de salida del ferry hacia la Valleta. Se puede parquear el vehículo en la parte externa, sin embargo Mónica nos ayudó a gestionar la opción de parqueadero privado a media cuadra del apartamento y a un precio muy accesible. Super recomendado. Y lo mejor, Mónica es una súper host

Family’s 3rd time in Malta & we highly recommend staying in town of Sliema Brian was very responsive and accommodated us with an early check-in. Flat is very spacious, clean with all the amenities. The front balcony was nice place to sit and relax. Our favourite spots at this location are: La Crema, sit outside for coffee & breakfast (5min walk). Rivareno Gelato (2min walk). Dixie’s (for a seaside beer and Ftira - sandwich). Exiles & Fond Għadir beaches.

A beautiful apartment. Very comfortable and the bedrooms were quiet. A wonderful location with the most beautiful views..l highly recommend.

Die Unterkunft von Mark und deren Lage war einfach perfekt. In wenigen Minuten war man an der Promenade und am Meer. Kurze Wege zu verschiedenen Supermärkten, Bushaltestellen, Restaurants und Bars. Die Wohnung selbst war sehr gut ausgestattet, einladend, hell und wirklich sehr ruhig. Ich habe mich extrem wohlgefühlt. Die 2 Balkone machen die Wohnung natürlich noch besser. Mark war immer gut erreichbar, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Ich würde die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen. Vielen Dank Mark, auch für die nette Geste am Abreisetag!

This was one of the BEST Air Bnb’s we’ve ever stayed in and we’ve had the privilege to visit many! Our host was absolutely amazing and super thoughtful! He welcomed us with grapes, apples, bananas, local bread, wine, two cans of local beer to try, and even a local soda to try. In the restroom he provided small toiletries as well. We’ve never been welcomed with so much and he was super kind and very responsive. The views from the balcony were phenomenal! The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. Loved the ability to wash and dry out own clothes especially after beach days. If we ever come back to Malta this is where we’d stay again! 10/10 HIGHLY recommend!
