This newly furnished guest suite is attached to our own home, about 1 km from Ballyferriter village yet only 15 minute drive from the hustle and bustle of Dingle. The village contains 3 pubs, & a hotel (food served daily and regular sessions of traditional music), a shop in Ventry and a museum. The property overlooks Ceann Sibéal, the cliff top location upon which the 2017 movie 'The Last Jedi' (Star Wars) was filmed. More interestingly, at its base, the ruins of Pierce Ferriter's Castle.

Fabulous sea views Dingle Peninsula.

This beautiful spot renowned for the best views (according to National Geographic) in the DINGLE Penninsula. Overlooking the Site of Star Wars FILM,THE LAST JEDI, Smerwick Harbour Built as a Rectory for the residence of protestant ministers in 1839 and a British Barack's during the occupation of Ireland. It was bought by The Granville Family as a home and I now share it with my guests. A sauna is located in the courtyard, available to all guests free of charge!

The Brewers Lodge

Tig Bhric is a rural country pub still within the same family since it was built in the 1890's. It is home to West Kerry Brewery which was established in 2008 by Adrienne in the grounds, making it the original micro brewery in County Kerry. The Brewers Lodge is a self contained unit attached to the pub and leading out to the mature gardens which guests are free to enjoy. With a south westerly aspect there is plenty of light through out the day.

Words can’t express the beauty of the Ventry area! Its magnificence was captured beautifully in this lovely cottage nestled far from the hustle of the big cities. William was a most gracious host, and we are thankful for his hospitality and for telling us of a loch near the house…the walk was difficult, but the end location was life affirming! Highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and part of a beautiful house. Our host, Breege, was very friendly and welcoming. It was so kind of her to leave fresh brown bread, eggs, milk, and other essentials for our arrival. We only stayed one night, but we'd happily return and would love to try one of her yurts next time!

Great place to stay with a wonderfully informative and accomodating host. Simple but fantastic pubs in the Main Street, nearby cafes and great sights when travelling around dingle. Great amount of room and was amazing to be given some basics in the kitchen.
