Holiday rentals with beach access in Balneário Coroados - Guaratuba

For the purpose of only being close to the beach for a few days, the apartment is optimal. The amenities with "Alexia commands" are great. Keep in mind whether it works in other languages. The bathroom door is stuck, the possibility to offer bed linen and bath towels would be interesting, but in total there are 5 stars to be given. The way to the beach is perfect.

You can rent a quiet house without fear, a 100% host who answers everything at the time you ask, clears up all your doubts, we arrived at 11:00 pm and there was a burned-out light bulb... we just mentioned it and the host already asked to come change it right away... first time renting through Airbnb but look without comments I didn't regret it even for a minute... 100 points... Thank you José Luiz...

Excellent location, close to the beach and main avenue of Guaratuba, great place for morning walks, the apartment has a sea view and a good balcony to relax, comfortable beds and air-conditioned rooms.

We had a wonderful stay at the house! The house is super comfortable, equipped with everything you need, perfect for preparing meals — whether it's breakfast, lunch, or even that special barbecue, since it has a barbecue and even a swimming pool to enjoy the day after the beach. Beds are great, guarantee a super pleasant rest. The toilets are very clean, and the location is excellent: the place is quite quiet, safe and close to the sea, which has made the experience even better. We thank the homemakers and Gabriel, who were extremely attentive and helpful at all times. We will definitely return!

I only have thanks for Anete for welcoming us to her house, the house is wonderful, all the rooms are exactly like in the pictures, Anete's mother still received us with a delicious orange cake. The view is spectacular, the beach is very tasty, having breakfast with the sea view makes all the difference. We will definitely come back again. Thank you!

We went to spend New Year's at Yuri's house and when we arrived there was a gift with a note and the house was very clean and comfortable, we had a little problem with the refrigerator but Yuri was helpful even though it was on the 31st he fixed the refrigerator and we were without for a few hours and he brought ice and Styrofoam. And in the end, everything worked out. So I highly recommend the very cozy house and the super helpful hosts are good people! We'll be back for sure.

This is my second time going and I'm already in the mood to go again. The house is amazing and accommodates very well ,we were in 14 people and there was room , huge pool. Ana is always very attentive and helped us whenever requested. I want to thank you for the amazing weekend I had.

Apartment served us perfectly! Well cozy, clean, had everything we needed, size of the barbecue served us well and 2 high image quality TVs. None of those 20" tube TVs. Excellent Internet. Well decorated. I recommend it.

Had a great stay! We were very well received by Carlos, who gave us clear instructions and showed us the whole apartment. The location is excellent, the apartment is literally in front of the beach, just across the street. The neighborhood is super quiet and the neighborhood felt very safe. Communication with Carlos and Siluá was great from start to finish. We recommend for sure!

The apartment is great. Very well organized, and has a large balcony overlooking the sea. The building is on the edge of the beach itself. The internet was better than expected. The building and the neighborhood are not very loud. It has restaurants and supermarket nearby, which can be reached on foot. Douglas quickly answered all questions.

Sérgio was very helpful and friendly since our arrival, the apartment was very comfortable, my wife and I loved it and we were satisfied with everything we saw, very clean, organized and everything you need is there, we will definitely return and I highly recommend it, Sérgio is to be congratulated 👏👏👏👏👏👏
