It is right in the center of the Magisterium District in Balneário Pinhal, facing the sea. The rooms are spacious, both the bedrooms and the bathrooms, for greater convenience. The house has 3 double beds and 1 bunk bed. It has the basics for a stay, such as: a refrigerator, stove (with gas cylinder included), dishes and appliances.

Spacious and super comfortable house on the sea block, in Praia do Magistério (Balneário Pinhal), very close to the beach. It has a large patio, on a fully fenced plot with a swimming pool and pine trees that make delicious shadows. The house offers Wi-Fi and a kitchen equipped with appliances and a barbecue grill. Next to the kitchen is the living room, where there is a TV with some channels. All bedrooms have fans. Remember: the voltage is 220v and we do not offer towels or bedding.
