Downtown Praia de Leste, 3 blocks from the sea, close to the best restaurants and the boardwalk. **ATTENTION** The heating will only be turned on on days when the temperature is below 20°C, and an additional fee of R$50.00 per day will be charged for each day it is turned on. It takes 2 days to get to 28°.

Beautiful newly built house. The house comfortably accommodates up to 10 people. We have an en-suite with a double bed, closet and equipped with air-conditioning, plus a bedroom with 2 bunk beds and air-conditioning, and a third bedroom with 2 bunk beds and a fan. The house has a second bathroom. The main room has a high ceiling with attached kitchen and dining room and a mezzanine. The outdoor area has a barbecue and two hammocks. The patio accommodates 2 cars. The beach is about 300 meters away.
