Several good hiking opportunities, driven ski slopes right at the cabin. Close to hiking trails in forests and fields, swimming opportunities. Great place for all the four seasons. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor, and has a very nice location on Norefjell just above Norefjellhytta, with ski in/ski out. In summer there are also many opportunities, including an 18-hole golf course, great hiking trails in the mountains and in the forest, fishing and swimming opportunities. Norefjell is Oslo's nearest high mountain and is located about 1.5 hours drive by car from Oslo.

Fina skogsområden med promenadstråk och vandringsleder för svamp- och bärplockning. Stor chans att få se mycket vilt som rådjur, älg, räv och även Havsörn. 500 meter promenadstig till ångbåtshamn, badplats och fiske.

Här är du varmt välkommen att koppla av en eller flera dagar själv, med vänner eller familjen. Stugan ligger nära tre olika skidanläggningar, 2 km till Mullsjö skidcenter, 30 km till Ulricehamn skibikehike och 62 km till Isaberg mountain resort samt flera längdskidspår i närheten. Det finns en grillplats vid stugan där ni kan grilla en korv eller något annat gott, glöm inte sittunderlag! Det går att åka skridskor om det varit kallt några dagar.
