Seawind Condominium is very quite and good for relaxing place. Me and my friend have an amazing stay into ma'am Flor's unit. The place looks exactly like on the pictures and everything described is absolutely accurate. We have everything we may need for short long stay, including washing machine (which is not very common to see and a very nice touch). There amazing swimming pool, also ferry for Samal island is around 10 mins walk. Can recommend the place and the host with both hands up. Excellent value for the money. I will definitely book again if available on my next visits in Davao.

The accommodation was spotless and well-equipped for our stay. I especially appreciated the hot shower 😁. It's conveniently located near the market and convenience stores, with easy access to transportation. I'm grateful the host allowed us a few extra hours due to our flight schedule. I highly recommend this place and will definitely book again.

I gave 4 stars because the place could use a bit of improvement. The bedroom, living room, bathroom, and kitchen were all spotless, which we really appreciated. However, there were no rugs provided, and some of the kitchen utensils—especially the spoon and fork—had a slight rusty smell, so we opted to use wooden ones instead. The area itself is peaceful and private, making it a great place to relax and unwind. The restaurant nearby opens at 7:30 AM, the pool at 9:00 AM, and the beachfront is accessible anytime. Check-in took a bit of time, so we explored other nearby spots while waiting. Despite that, our overall experience was great, and we’re definitely looking forward to coming back soon.

The photos dont really do justice to the accomodation. However the location besides the sea steals all the attention. The share kitchen works well and what better way to cook and eat whilst being right besides the clear blue ocean? Fisherman peddle their wares each morning if you like fresh fish and sea urchins. Five minutes walk to the market and lots of street food vendors are on your doorstep along the way with a new 7/11. The ultimate chill out location with sea views from all three units. You won't be disappointed. I'll be back for sure.

We had the best, laid-back, stress-free weekend getaway at Mati. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good thing we chose to stay at S&f Surfside Escape. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay during the trip. The place is beautifully maintained and thoughtfully designed. It is just a few minutes from the white sand beaches of Dahican, yet tucked away enough to offer peace and privacy after a day of sun and fun. The host was friendly, responsive, and even suggested places we could visit around the area. It was the perfect balance of convenience and relaxation that we needed. I highly recommend this place whether you're planning a family trip, romantic escape or a weekend with friends, this place is a fantastic choice. ⭐💯

Amazing Stay at La Casita, Island Garden City of Samal! Our recent stay at La Casita, hosted by Zandra, in Island Garden City of Samal was absolutely fantastic, exceeding all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, the experience was seamless. Traveling to the property was incredibly easy because "Doods" (the caretaker) picked us up in a pickup truck. This thoughtful touch made us feel welcomed and taken care of right from the start. Doods himself is truly a gem! He was incredibly helpful and genuinely nice throughout our entire stay. More than just assisting us with our needs, he actively engaged with our family, playing with us and making us feel like a part of his own family. His warm hospitality significantly enhanced our experience. The home itself offered a delightful, "province-like" feel, which was wonderfully relaxing. We were pleasantly surprise

Perfect getaway for family or group of friends. Sam’s place has everything one needs to keep visitors relaxed and engaged. My family stayed here and they were very happy. The kids spent their time playing ping pong, billiards, volleyball and basketball while the older generation spent hours singing their hearts out using the karaoke. Beach is also nearby. I highly recommended this place. I will book this again if we visit Mati.

it's our 2nd time here in this cozy house,they have there own solar panels Incase there's a sudden brown out. Very accommodating and responsive as well .

We had a pleasant holiday in Joan's house. The apartment is very nice, the kitchenette equipped with pots and appliances. The larger bedroom is very spacious, bright and quiet. The view from the balcony is very beautiful, you can see the sea which is not very far away and beautiful tropical vegetation. The swimming pool is not very large but is perfect for spending pleasant and refreshing moments. Joan, our host, is very nice and above all very helpful and attentive to the needs of her guests. We will definitely return to Samal to Joan's house.

This was our first family gathering in so long after the pandemic, hence I looked for a place that everyone will enjoy and feel relaxed, and Mansud Shores did not disappoint. The place truly had an endless soft summer vibes, plus we loved the overall vintage charm of the villa, we feel like we are in a romantic film set somewhere in Italy.char 😅. Complete with slight drama with one of their cooks 🤣, but as they say, all is well that ends well, and Zandra and Sebastian were very apologetic and very quick to resolve the hiccup, so really no harm done at all.. anyway, I cannot rave enough about this place, and the food! OMG they served us the freshest seafood including the other simple yet yummy dishes. Shoutout to Doodz, Ate Nening and Ate Janette for all the help and making our stay comfortable. More blessings to the hosts, I hope they will continue to meticulously maintain the place so we can keep going back.

My stay here was absolutely fantastic. The room was spotless and exactly like the photos. The blackout curtains let me sleep soundly every night, and the high-speed Wi-Fi was rock-solid for Zoom meetings. Debbie, the host, replied to every message within minutes. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. I’ll definitely be back!

In my entire condo-renting experience, this is by far the best accomodation I've ever had. The place is way beyond your expectation. We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Davao City. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Having two bedrooms and two bathrooms was a huge plus. The location was also very convenient, close to SM Ecoland, restaurants, MTS... The host was responsive and helpful. The pillows & towels were exceptional! Having pool access was fantastic. Room for improvement: the internet connection was slow. Other than that we truly enjoyed our stay.

It feels homey and affordable! Planning to stay again soon!
