Bunut 22 is a cozy and quiet house in a residential area of Tanjung Bunut. It is away from the noise of the highway but conveniently near enough to an array of restaurants, cafes, and small shops. It is also not far from the famous Jerudong Park, just a 10-minute drive away! The house can comfortably host six guests with its 100% fully furnished interiors and amenities. The kitchen and barbeque place is ready-to-use. For your convenience, we use a contactless self-check-in and check-out system.

Labuan Cozy Club House

This home has 2 levels however upper level is lock for private use. The ground level have 2 bedrooms with a queen bed and sofa bed each room available up to 6 or 7 persons however another king floor mattress up to 2 or 3 persons will be provided in common space. You can enjoy everything in the ground level and no one will interfere during your stay. It's suitable for big group of people, family and friends. Mini grocery shop just 3 minutes by walk. City center takes about 10 minutes by car.

A living room is presented with two patterned sofas opposite each other, complemented by a wooden coffee table in the center. Natural light filters in through large windows draped with sheer curtains, creating a bright and airy environment.

It is in a great location, Kg Sungai Akar: Airport 9mins, ICC 10mins, Main shopping area 13mins drive. Major attractions in BSB - SOAS Mosque, Kg.Ayer, Royal Regalia is 15 mins drive.
