The apartment is located at an excellent location. The bar street is at a 5 minute walking distance and the Pavilion is a quick 15 minute walk away. The apartment has all the amenities needed for a stay and is located at an appropriate distance, such that the surroundings are quiet and peaceful. A definite bonus is the sight of the petronas towers peak which is visible from the window. All in all a great and easy stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The view was absolutely stunning🤩 and the space felt clean, modern, and very comfortable, a real home away from home. The hosts were very responsive and clear in their communication, from check-in instructions to helpful reminders at check-out. We appreciated the smooth process and their friendly attitude throughout. The location was good for exploring Kuala Lumpur, and we truly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommended! Had a wonderful stay here - the building is modern with great amenities like an infinity pool, gym, and secure access. It's in a perfect location next to a mall and train station. The apartment was clean, comfy, and well-equipped with AC, washer/dryer, and smart TV. Rainee was a super friendly host and helpful with a great tour and local tips. Would definitely look to book here again if ever in Kuala Lumpur ☺️

Very clean and comfortable! has a full kitchen, washing machine, hair dryer, ironing board & shower needs provided. Very convenient to have a variety of shops downstairs.

Very nice place and definitely will visit again or recommend friends, just carpark and residential tower isn’t the same ( have link bridge on certain floor) but quite confusing for elderly cause my 60 years old got lost😂 Very nearly malls and eateries too so definitely worth the five stars.

Great place for a family staycation! The kids absolutely loved the indoor slide – they played non-stop and had so much fun! 😄 The pool is beautiful and enjoyable, but do take note that there’s no dedicated kids’ pool, so make sure to keep an eye on the little ones. There’s no shop directly below the building, but 7-Eleven is just a short walk away – very convenient. Overall, a comfortable and fun place to stay, especially for families with young children.

This is our second stay at Leezy's apartment. We first stayed in her apartment 18th Jan - 17th Feb 2025 and again 17th Mar--16 Apr 3025. We loved the place for the peaceful, quietness and most of all the cleanliness of the apartmen unit. The apartment was well furnished with comfortable bed and no short of towels and bed linens which was just what we wanted for the lengths of our stay. The place is annexed to EKO Cheras Mall with lots of restaurants and cafes. Best of all is the convenient location of the place. The apartment is about a 5 minute walk to Taman Mutiara MRT station which is connected via a covered walkway to the mall only 5 stops to TRX and 6 stops to Bukit Bintang. We found the mall nice and clean with good shopping stores. We loved the place and area and are planning to book Urban Respite hosted by Leezy. Leezy was always available when contacted and responded in no time whenever we needed her. Thanks for making our visit to KL a memorable one Leezy.

Very responsive and very helpful host. The place is also very clean, very cute room and walkable distance to a nearby big mall TRX. Breakfast at the cafe of the apartment is also very good. We also saw a mini park and a swimming pool which we would have wanted to explore but unfortunately we didn’t have time. Big TV with Netflix in the room and the aircon and warm blanket makes it a very cozy atmosphere. Would highly recommend this place for couples or single travellers.

Had a great time staying here - the place is very centrally located and pretty much all the major attractions are within a 5 - 6 km radius (if not walkable).

We enjoyed our stay at this place, it felt like home. The apartment was clean and offered a nice view and comfy bed. The location is great, just above a B-class shopping mall with a large grocery store Jaya, a few good (though overpriced) restaurants, and a metro station with direct access to and from the airport. The gym and swimming pool have a good vibe. We’ve visited several places with rooftop gyms and pools, and this one felt just right. I can objectively recommend this place.

Our family of 8 (6 adults and 2 kids) had a great stay at Mary’s place. Our kids absolutely loved the bunk bed, playground and swimming pool. Lots of store and restaurant downstairs made it convenient for us to stay here. We will definitely come back!

Stayed for a short rest, Very secured with access card on almost every entrance so it's either perfect if you like it private and safe but a hassle for those who prefer convenience experience. The staff was helpful, The room was comfortable, kitchen and bathroom is clean, and most importantly the view especially at night is exceptionally beautiful. Not able to comment on the amenities because too lazy to go down. Oher than that, it was a wonderful experience.

After traveling to many countries and staying at many different Airbnbs, this was easily the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at and the best host I’ve ever had. The place is perfect for short term and long term stays. We arrived to the Airbnb at night and were greeted by Ng who went out of his way to provide us with dinner so that we can have a restful first night after flying in. The place is very spacious and had everything we wanted and needed during our stay. The space has a luxurious feel to it, with a great view of the Petronas towers. The living room and kitchen area were very nice, and the bedroom and bathroom were extremely comfortable. Location is great and so were the amenities. Fast working elevators in the building was also nice to have. Air conditioning worked well and bathroom shower had great pressure. We felt at home here and if we are ever in Kuala Lumpur again we will be sure to stay here again. Thank you, Ng!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The house was spotlessly clean and had a pleasant fragrance throughout, which made it feel very welcoming and comfortable. The owner was incredibly responsive and friendly, always ready to help with anything we needed. I truly enjoyed my experience here and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and well-kept home to stay in. Will definitely come back again!

Host: friendly and responsive. Even ask if we want Early check-in. clear instructions given. House: Great, full of amenities. great floor carpet and cleaning cloth available. even Cooking oil, chili sauce, conditioner also available. feel like home. Cleanliness: sparkling clean. location: great, less than 5 min walk to Lalaport Mall. lost of restaurants and great mall not so crowded. Jaya Grocery & Healthland Pharmacy also inside, easy to get all you need. Bonus: lots of children toys, my kid love to play and don't want to leave the room. Cons: sometimes, there are some noise upstairs, no problem if sleep at main bedroom, but will hear it clearly if sleep at second small room. Besides that's, the 2nd room queen bede is spring bed which is also quite noisy and not so comfortable compare to main bedroom one. Summary: Worth the value, clean, convenience, satisfied stay. Will stay again and hopefully host will change the 2nd bed to a more comfy one. Recommended, especially for kid
