Our cozy, rustic off grid yurt is located 20 min west of Golden in the Bleaberry Valley. It is nestled on the side of Willow Bank mountain. The views and nearby activities here are world class. The yurt has all the necessities you need to have a comfortable stay anytime of year. It is a very basic and rustic place, best suited to adventure seekers. Black Bear Log Cabin is a locally handcrafted Douglas Fir log cabin nestled in the trees on a private lot, located an easy 15 minute drive south of Golden BC. Situated within easy reach of several national parks, Golden is an outdoor enthusiasts paradise with world class skiing & sledding in the winter. Equally exhilarating are the many summer activities including hiking, mountain biking, whitewater rafting, paragliding, tandem parachuting.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Listen to the wolves howling right outside your window at the neighboring Wolf Center. Stay warm on those cold nights with the infloor heating and wood stove. This cozy little cabin is nestled in the beautiful Blaeberry valley, with great trails along the river's edge only a few minutes walk away.There is a full size shower and comfortable outhouse that has ample lighting that comes on automatically when it gets dark.
