Great place and very helpfull host, fully recommend.

Overall it was a very nice villa, the only thing that bothered us all. We were nine people and the beds were very, very hard! Otherwise everything was right, which was also on the photos, which is a bit difficult for Europeans, everything is set in Chinese.

The villa was spacious, clean, and well-designed perfect for a short vacation with friends or family. The bedrooms were cozy with comfortable beds and fresh linens, and the common areas made it easy to hang out and enjoy meals together.

As soon as you pass the entry door you will feel at home. The house is great, clean, very bright and situated in a dead end street so you are sure you will no noise. The pool is perfect, the kitchen has more than you need: oven, air fryer, mixer, coffee drip machine and all you need to cook. The rooms are big and there is a lot of space to hangout and enjoy the house facilities. The pool is hidden, so that's great for intimacy and you have 7/11 stores open 24 hours just 3 min walking distance. This house made us feel at home and Poom and her husband made us feel comfortable since the beginning. They were also very flexible on arrival and departure times, that was perfect for us. I highly recommend the house, you are a little outside Pattaya's center but close the Mab Prachan area which has plenty of International highly recommended Restaurant's. You will definitely have a perfect and unforgettable stay at this house.

The housekeeper and a fat servant are very welcoming, the service is very good, this trip was very pleasant, we had a very pleasant stay hopefully we will have another chance to come to Pattaya next time, we will choose to stay here again, we have a little more time to leave, the housekeeper arranged a very enthusiastic driver for us, very enthusiastic, hope to see the driver again next time.

The house was beautiful and looked exactly like in the pictures. Everything was fresh and clean. We were seven people and everyone enjoyed their stay. Location was good. Walking distance to the pier and market but we got to enjoy motorbikes arranged by the host which made everything even easier to explore the island. Thanks for the nice welcome and we will be back again.

The villa could honestly not have been better for our large group of 20 boys. We had the best time staying here and Johnny is so helpful with everything. would 100% recommend. Looking forward to coming back one day.

location is amazing the only downfall is you cannot check in until 3:00 p.m. and must check out by 12:00 apart from that this home was beautiful the hosts were amazing
